The RIVERFRONT RENTAL is located in Palo Verde Meadows, a quiet family neighborhood on theColorado River in Bullhead City, AZ. The home is about 6 miles down the river from the casinos in Laughlin, NV. Great for families and special events!

The area is extremely friendly & great for boating, jet ski, water skiing, fishing, or simply relaxing around the pool & spa! You can leave your boat at the dock right in front of the home and you have about 70 miles of river & lakes to explore. This is the most spectacular riverfront estate home in the area and it books up months in advance. Catch river views in all areas of the house!

The riverfront estate has just about every amenity you can imagine:
- 6 bedrooms
- 7 bathrooms
- 2 jacuzzi jet tubs
- 3 large, wall-mounted, flat screen, satellite TVs
- Chef's kitchen
- Infinity pool (heated) & jetted spa Winter pool heating $45per day
- Game room featuring a professional slate pool and pink pong table overlooking river & pool
- Private boat dock right in front of house on the River
- 50' deep cooled garage with two high 10 foot garage doors for all your vehicles, watercraft, etc!

-There is also a private park with 6 lakes right across the street which was originally designed as 9 holes of a golf course! NO fishing is allowed by any guests in these small lakes.

-The outside circumference only of the property is monitored by security camera’s for the safeguarding of guests & the property.

- Pool/spa heating fee - $45 per day. Pool area quiet time is 10pm - 7am as this is a quiet family neighborhood.

Dock use privileges issued only upon signing of marina agreement by guest - maximum motorized watercraft allowed; 2 boats only, or 4 jet skies only, or 1 boat & 2 jet skis only

-No RV’s or Campers are allowed.

-Renter to provide names & ages of all guests & visitors at least 2 days prior to checkin - maximum # allowable on property is 14. No rotation of visitors & guests on & off the property is allowed to meet this 14 person maximum. Also need vehicle make, description & license# of all vehicles.

The14 person maximum limit allowed at anytime on the entire property includes the dock & the area around the dock & all marina grounds

NO FIREWORKS or WATER BALLOONS of any kind are allowed on the property - Security deposit forfeited if any fireworks OR water balloons are detected on property along with $500 fine

NO CANOPIES OR TENTS of any kind are allowed IN the POOL AREA & no tie offs using any string or rope is allowed to any outside railing in the pool area or any balcony.
