Riverfront Townhome 4 blocks from Downtown Salida, 3 Balconies, 2 Ensuites

We loved this place. Right on the river. Saw deer crossing the river in the morning. Fished right there and the family was able to watch from the balcony. Caught a beautiful trout. House is beautifully decorated with mountain theme. Very well maintained. The bedrooms are very large. Bathroom in each bedroom plus on the main level and the lower level. If it's not a fairly new construction, it sure looks like it is. Had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. Really nice to have the garage and a remote opener. Lindsay was super helpful. We made a couple of requests and she was very accomodating. Easy walk to downtown. Thanks for making this wedding weekend for our niece so nice.

This is a beautiful, emaculate homeWith a relaxing direct river view enjoyed from 3 decks. The hosts truly care about their guests concerns and comfort. We needed more sheets for the basement couch and a new set of sheets was immediately delivered to us. Our 96 year old mobility challenged Grammy was able to navigate the stairs. We were supplied with plenty of paper products, enough for our stay. Our stay was during a hot spell and we stayed comfortable following the hosts directions and despite Grammy refusing to open windows at night . Thanks for a spectacular stay.

Your home was the perfect place to come back to after a long day of skiing. The teenagers went downstairs and relaxed while the adults hung out in the main living area. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook dinner every night. Your home was clean & tidy! We were able to fit a large truck in the garage, which is a rare find. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Right on the river for watching river rafters and soothing river sounds. Maybe some fishing too. Mountain views to the East. 3 walkable blocks from downtown Salida where much of the activities take place. Farmers markets, concerts, dining, and watching/doing river activities. Three levels of living (bedrooms and bathrooms), well stocked kitchen, for your cooking needs, lovely evening dining space with BBQ and patio furniture. Plenty of floor fans and room windows to help keep the unit cool as the days and evening temps are lower in the mountains. Central to many other activities in the county area. Quite unit and area, garage parking a plus. Great communication with the host for any needs you have. Easy check-in also. Would recommend to our friends and would consider staying again.

Location is great as it is right on the river! The home was nicely furnished with comfortable beds and nicely equipped kitchen with all necessary cooking utensils. The owner was very responsive before and during our stay.Our three complaints were all around cleanliness: there were multiple spiders on all 3 levels inside the home, all 3 decks were dusty with cobwebs, and the fans where so dusty we had to clean before using. Owner replied “sorry the home has not been up to your standard”. She did say she’d address with cleaner and maintenance but wasn’t done right away which was a little disappointing.

Property was great, lots of space and we loved the access to the water for some cold plunging! Kitchen is well stocked and easy to use!

This home is really beautiful and has a family feel to it. The rushing river out back was just amazing. 3 decks with epic views! We kept the windows open to listen to the river most of the time, ate our meals on the porch and dipped our achy feet in the cold river after a day of hiking. Just lovely!

We enjoyed staying in this lovely home in Salida, right on the Arkansas river. The decks are amazing and we enjoyed the easy walk into town so we never had to take the car out of the garage. We did have a problem with the internet - it was hard to connect and the speeds were quite slow when we did, which is a problem for me as I work remotely. But the manager said they would look into that so hopefully it’s not a problem for future stays.

This property was clean, comfortable, very inviting and had everything we needed. The spacious three level condo with the beautiful decks facing the river we’re perfect.

Our family had a wonderful time on our trip to Salida. The house was comfortable, with 2 large bedrooms and 3 balconies overlooking the Arkansas River. There were plenty of places for the family to hang out without feeling crowded, like the living room and the downstairs den for the kids, while my wife and I sat outside and enjoyed the sound of the river and the view of the hills across the river. The location is a short walk from downtown, even for our 5 year old, so we only used the car if we needed to get groceries or drive to Mt Princeton, etc. And being March in Colorado, it was nice to have a garage to park in, although the weather was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved the location! Walking distance to the Catholic Church and downtown. Close access to HWY 50 heading to Monarch ski area.Beautiful view of the river behind the property. More than enough room for our party of Six.

This property was perfect for our family of 5 to enjoy. Everyone had their own bathroom and space. Lots of shared space for games and cooking. Beautiful view of the river and close to town. We will be back!
