Stayed Sep 12, 2024The location was good and the river view was nice. The host was responsive to our calls. House & furniture needs a good deep cleaning and a little closer attention to the condition of appliances.

Stayed Feb 20, 2024Went to Tampa with (3) friends. This house was perfect for our needs. With four large bedrooms and two bathrooms we had lots of room. The house is dated, but was clean and very well located for driving around Tampa. Communication with PM was great, we were able to drop off our luggage early. Also we needed a new battery for front door lock and had a question about diswasher, both items were handled within a couple of hours.

Stayed Jan 27, 2023My friends and I booked this house for the gasparilla festival in tampa. It was only a 10-15 minute Uber to downtown. The house was amazing!! Comfortably fit all of 8 of us. We were all able to sleep on a bed which is a rare find. The house was huge and all around a great experience! The host was very nice and did enter the garage during our stay. He was very nice and knocked on the door to let us know who he was a what he was doing before doing so in case we heard anything! A great stay and a great host!
