Stayed Jun 16, 2026The house was very clean! However, we had rented the house without knowing there were people living below, and the description of the house did not mention we were only renting out the top floor.

Stayed Jun 23, 2026Place was in need of extensive maintenance, renovations and landscaping. The towel bar fell down the first time removing the towel. Bugs on kitchen counter; flies inside when checked in and had to go buy a fly swatter because we couldn’t find one; No covers on tv remotes so batteries kept falling out; photo on website is very old and deceiving as the view of river from the deck is nothing like it’s portrayed because of tree growth; lamps in front bedroom didn’t work; no instructions on how to use the Roku tv. We wouldn’t recommend this rental.

Stayed May 14, 2026Great location close to town. Easy to get in and out to places we wanted to go. Unit is just as described with 2 good sized bedrooms and bathrooms comfortable living room and outside porch spaces to relax. The water view behind the home is gorgeous. Everything you need in a kitchen to cook or reheat food while there. Would definitely choose here to stay again!

Stayed Oct 15, 2023We are all seniors and had a great time. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing was it did not list how steep the yard to the water and picnic tables in the yard was. As seniors we were unable to enjoy the yard. Would stay there again.

Stayed Sep 3, 2023Very peaceful and clean. We really enjoyed sitting on the patio in the mornings and having coffee while enjoying the River and the smoky mountain mornings. Will definitely be going back!!!
