Riverfront Retreat/Hot Tub/ Short Walk to Downtown

Very clean and spacious home for a weekend getaway. There was extra linens and towel which was nice so we didn’t have to do a bunch of laundry.

We enjoyed our stay at the Riverfront Retreat! We booked for a quick winter getaway due to its proximity to Schuss Mountain and downtown Bellaire, and the house was a perfect fit for our needs. Schuss was a quick drive, and the hot tub and gas fireplace were perfect for apres ski relaxing!!While the temps were too chilly to make walking appealing, we enjoyed dinner at Shorts which is super close (definitely walkable if weather cooperates).We discovered too late that the game room was heated so didn't have an opportunity to enjoy, but it's a fun space!Great communication from the host. The house was nicely furnished/stocked, beds were super comfortable, and everything was clean. We're already talking about booking a stay during the summer to take advantage of the kayaks, proximity to golf, and walking downtown Bellaire; but would definitely book again for winter retreat.

Plenty of room for a crowd….bed space and hangout space. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything required to cook the crew a meal or two. Very relaxing!

Great place to stay, used the game room, hot tub, and bonfire pit!! Loved seeing the pair of swans on the lake every day, such a beautiful calming area. Had an amazing stay, thank you!

One of the best VRBOs we’ve stayed at. Great location, could mountain bike and paddle board, right from location. Easy walk to downtown Bellaire. House was beautiful and lots of special touches and amenities. Girls weekend and we played Reverse Charades and had a dance party. Definitely staying here again!!

We had a fantastic time in Bellaire at this property! The communication was excellent, the house was beautiful, and the supplies provided were excellent! The host provided beach towels, kitchen and laundry supplies, and the house is beautifully furnished! We walked into town several evenings for drinks, dining, and shopping. It is a fabulous small town with easy travel to Torch Lake! We will definitely be coming back to Bellaire and will hopefully stay in this house!

This was a beautiful place and very clean. We loved the location, hot tub, kayaking and it was big enough for our group of 12. We only had a couple of minor hiccups. The guest before us broke the coffee pot but the host made sure we got one right away. It was too big but we found a workaround for it. It was nice that they tried to resolve it immediately. Also, if you have a full group, I would bring an extra pack of toilet paper. There were 5 small rolls for 12 people for 4 days and we ran out by end of day 2.

The House Was Beautiful,Inside & Out!! Equipped With Everything We Needed To Enjoy Our Stay To The Fullest!! Very Clean! Garage Has A TV ,Pool Table (Missing A Few Balls) & A Dart Board!! Grill In Back Yard For Our Use & Kayaks With Life Jackets!! Our Host Was Prompt & Friendly (Thank You Natalie)

The property is newly constructed and thoughtfully furnished. The layout is excellent for a large group (we were 8, two families) and there are spaces where we could all hang out together or find some privacy. Belair is a great link to the area, we did the suspension bridge at Bolne Mountain and hired a boat locally (M88) and got through to Lake Torch. If you are looking for a base to explore all that lake life has, this is it.

Location was perfect. Short walk to downtown Bellaire. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again.
