Stayed Apr 15, 2025Hard to beat the location on the river and proximity to Ingram! Still close enough to Kerrville for shopping but just far enough away to relax in the water. We'll definitely return with the rest of our family!!!

Stayed Mar 16, 2025The house was so cute and comfortable, great for our 2 small families. Beds were comfy and plenty of space. The downstairs was a great place to hang out and the water was perfect if u have little kids because it’s shallow however it is soo cold in March. Easy check in and right near everything in Ingram however there is not much going on Sunday and Monday. More seemed to be open Friday and Saturday.

Stayed Aug 2, 2024We felt at home. Every detail was considered. Very comfortable mattresses and furniture. Kitchen is in show room condition. Air conditioning was amazing.

Stayed Jun 22, 2023House was amazing and very comfortable. River at house is not fitting for swimming or tubing, maybe due to lack of rain or just location on back side of small dam/bridge. Walking distance to swimming area.
