Riverfront ranch with large deck, fire pit, dock, W/D, & mountain view

The water front property is amazing and big enough to accommodate a large group of people. A fantastic family vacation destination!

Beautiful view. Great neighborhood. Outdoor furniture not on deck and deck not clean, full of pine needles. Grill interior very rusted and dirty. Short supply of linens. Guest shower/tub slow to drain. Nicely furnished. Well equipped kitchen. Haul out your trash to specified dump sites.

Perfect, beautiful and peaceful stay with every amenity available for a large family. Ponderay Walmart delivers to this remote VRBO, so there was no need to leave. We played all the interior and exterior games, we used the dock for our wave runners, small pontoon boat, and paddle boats. This home supplies everything you could need or want for a family staycation. We will be back next year hopefully.

The location is fantastic with lots of room for family and friends! The water was crystal clear and warm to swim in. It was a great experience and will definitely be going again!

Lots of space and seating options for our group. Be warned though--a portable AC unit in the kitchen does not do the job of cooling a house that large in the middle of summer. The property description lists in the conveniences section AC, not partial AC, so it felt a little misleading.

My family stayed a week at this beautiful home. We were a family of 5 (myself, husband, 4 yr old son, 16 yr old daughter and 65 yr old mother) We had a wonderful time! We kayaked, paddle boarded, fished, swam, shopped and had a bonfire every evening. We ate outside on the deck every night for dinner. The view of the lake is stunning! We spent the week of July 4th here and watched fireworks over the lake in every direction. We also went into Sandpoint to City Beach to watch the celebratory show! The home is comfortable and relaxing. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. The beds are comfortable and plenty of space for everyone. There is an A/c unit that helps cool the place down but if you are smart and open all the windows at night, and close it up in the morning, the home stays super cool all day. I highly recommend checking into this location for a vacation. It was so much fun and stress free!

My family and I stayed at the property for a few days and it was perfect. The area is very quiet with beautiful views. The house is surprisingly spacious and well set out. It was equipped with everything you could possibly need.

Well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, huge patio with plenty of seating options. Lots of games and movies.

Great location for our family. Priest River waterfront. Dock and a separate swim dock. Be aware it is difficult to enter the water. There are ladders but the one on the dock is not installed correctly making the steps difficult. The other option is rocky and quite slippery. The house is roomy, and a lot of attention was given to decorations and supplies in the kitchen was impressive. The master bedroom bed is a king and comfy. The queen beds in the other bedrooms need new mattress' One is just a foam pad and the other you slide to the center. The room with twin beds is great for children. Be aware there is no AC. The home had 3 fans and a window AC unit in the kitchen. Idaho is HOT in the summer so would recommend mini splits? Cleaning was adequate but could be better. Overall, we would rent it again.
