Carla and Warren are wonderful hosts! Their place is in the perfect spot right on the river, and it’s always such a treat to spend time there. We truly enjoy every visit to Idaho.

Beautiful area - great views from so many rooms in the house and outside. Access to dock area and 5 kayaks such a great deal to not have to rent these separately. Very nice master bedroom space - nice decor. Comfortable beds and generous offering of amenities for guests (e.g. half and half, water, toiletries etc.). Only issue with not giving a perfect score was the only acess to rental was a stairway. Really enjoyed our trip and the area.

This property has such a gorgeous setting on the river. My family had a wonderful time. Brought our boat and spent majority of our time outside. Carla and Warren are fantastic hosts. We will be back for sure.

We enjoyed our stay on the river. The rental was very nice and comfortable. The beds had great mattresses as well. Carla and family were accommodating and easy to communicate with. We hope to come back!

The house on the second floor was exactly as pictured with several thoughtful amenities that made our stay super comfortable. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and their communication was top-notch from booking to checkout. We slept like babies thanks to the super comfy beds, and the pool was clean and so refreshing. The kayaks and fishing equipment were an awesome bonus and kept us happily entertained in the sunshine. Loved the waterfall! Couldn’t have asked for a better getaway!

My wife and i stayed here for about a week and had a wonderful stay. Carla and Warren are fabulous hosts and had the house well stocked. It was the perfect location between Coeur d'Alene and Spokane. Would love to visit here again

We had a great vacation in this excellent home. The views and access to the Spokane river are awesome.

The location, the hospitality, and the space were all top notch and an unbelievable stay in northern Idaho close to the downtown and close to local restaurants and shops. Really a wonderful stay and would recommend to anyone to experience. Only note is location has some stairs so be aware for accessibility. But our son loved the location- views of the river and relaxing on the dock and kayaking down the river! Can’t beat it.

Located perfectly! Great views and wonderful hosts. Beds are very comfortable, even the pull out couch.
