Riverfront Paradise, Private Dock - Up to 30' Boat, Heated Pool, 1 mile to Beach, Separate Cottage!

Wonderful property, worked perfectly for our group of 6 women. The outdoor space was fantastic and really made it a great fit for us. The house itself could use some updating/refreshing (paint, carpet) but that didn't impact our stay at all. We were even able to walk to the beach (less than 1 mile). We would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed here for 3 nights. We had an amazing time! The set up is really cool on the water. There was corn hole and ping pong, we played both. The cottage was a nice extra space for us. TVs in all the rooms was great for winding down at the end of the day. Sitting on the dock in the evening was very enjoyable. I highly recommend this property!

my siblings and i rented this home to house all of us with our spouses to celebrate my mom’s 60th birthday. we loved the way the house was laid out allowing a room for each of us. the bathroom in the separate cottage is not closed in with a door but it worked well since only one couple stayed in that room with their pets. the furniture and decor has been updated making the house feel more homey. the full kitchen was great considering we cooked every night. however, some utensils and cookware needed to be updated. for example the cooking knives were all very dull. we had an issue on arrival where the main room tv was not working (completely broken). the team sent out someone quickly and the tv was immediately replaced. we appreciate that with this issue and a couple other small things they were all addressed quickly and professionally!overall we had a great experience and would stay at this property again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was well equipped and very clean. The use of the dock and outdoor areas was our favorite experience. Nicely situated out of the busier areas. We never experienced heavy crowds or overly crowded beach areas.

We were very disappointed in the condition of the house. For the price that we paid we all felt that the property needs some major upgrades. Dirty, stained carpets, lots of wear and tear on doors, cabinets, etc. Outdoor area was very nice and that is the reason for 3 stars and not 2.

We loved this trip. The house was wonderful. We had 9 people big span of ages and it worked for all of us. I loved my cottage great space just to have some space. Pool and dock were enjoyed by all The house was very well stocked and very clean. Thank you it was a great long weekend. All would like to return to this house.

The outdoor space is perfection. Marina is close for boat rentals. Quiet neighborhood and comfortable beds.

We had an early Thanksgiving with 12 family members and we really enjoyed our stay.

The property was beautiful and very clean. When we needed more towels and ironing board and iron, the property manager brought them.

House was beautiful. My family had a great time and enjoyed the river and fishing.

Beautiful home to celebrate my Mom's birthday over the long weekend! Loved the house, the amenities, the view! Dock for fishing, the fire pit for a night cap and relax. We used the kitchen and grill for all our meals, enjoyed the kitchen. The kids loved the bunk room! Our host were wonderful and easy to communicate! The house is perfectly decorated with it's simplicity. Loved ParadiSea!!

WOW!! A! Communication was fantastic and the home was amazing. Location was great and the sunsets were beautiful. This was our family vacation and we never felt crowded. The cottage added that extra wow to the home. Would like a little more backyard lighting for swimming at night. Maybe some string lights. This is a minor detail though. We will be staying here again. We have finally found our family vacation home.

We had a marvelous time here! It was great being right on the intercostal water way and a mile from the beach! Hosts were super responsive to our needs/questions. It was a bonus to get some free tickets to local attractions. The beds were a little hard, but did not detract from our stay! Thank you!

Loved the property! Had something for everyone of all ages, sunsets, pool, fire-pit, games and fishing. Room for teenagers to have their own space and close to beach!! Had a great week will definitely book again!!

This house was perfect for our big group! The sunsets were absolutely incredible here, it made us not want to leave the house at all. The house was super clean, spacious, and in a great location. Host was super responsive as well. My only gripe was that the kitchen is pretty minimally stocked so we had to buy a few things to make sure there were the necessities. They do give you a heads up on that to plan accordingly so it wasn't an issue for our group.

House was very nice right on inter coastal. Saw sea turtles, dolphins and even a manatee off the end of the pier.Close to stores and Flagler was just a drive away.Rainy so no beach time.

Cute. Unbelievably clean! Good beds. Nice pillows. All the furniture was in super good shape. Nicely outfitted kitchen. Loved sitting on the deck looking beyond the pool to the river traffic and wildlife. The location was very quiet. Fun stay.

Loved our stay! We were close to the beautiful and not overcrowded Butler Beach. Enjoyed the day in Historic St. Augustine. The pool and the house were a great! We loved the river it was on. We saw dolphins daily and the boys caught fish and crabs. *Things to know- they're were only 8 beach towels. Bring your own blankets, if you get that after sun chill. Needed to buy some kitchen utensils but no biggie!

We had a great stay. Fun times full of fishing swimming and restful evenings watching the wildlife. A lot of room for family games and fun. We hope to back again in the future.

Loved the house. Had extra family come in to stay in the cottage as well. The location was great for us as it was close to nice restaurants but also offered enough to do atthehouse it kept us occupied. Pool and ping pong table for the kids then fishing from the dock or Kayak us. Only tough part is when the tide comes in it’sreally shallow around the dock to where you cannot dock a boat but fishing is better if you rent kayaks and fish around the sheep beds and islands. Caught big red fish and jacks(trash fish but still fun to fight ) We will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at the house. The property and house was beautiful. Just like the pictures show. The pool was great. We saw a manatee sunbathing between our dock and the neighbors.The owner was very responsive when we called about the pool heater and had it fixed within hours.We would recommend this house to anyone!!!

Communication was excellent and property was exactly as pictured. Even with the cooler nights the pool was still warm to swim in during the day. The view was calming and amazing even saw some dolphins.

We loved the location, very peaceful setting, extremely close to beach, restaurants and local attractions. The home was exceptionally clean and as we stayed for a few weeks we appreciated that the kitchen was stocked with plenty of cooking utensils that are often overlooked, and plenty of towels. I highly recommend the 3 mile drive down A1a for sunrise at the beautiful sparsely populated beach across from entrance for Fort Matanzas, and sunsets poolside. I would not hesitate to rent again.

Property was perfect for our family!

This property was excellent for the 9 adults that stayed there. There was plenty of room and the extra cottage was a bonus for some extra privacy for one of the couples. The home was very clean, kitchen was well stocked and had ample storage space. We fished off the dock and the sunsets over the river were gorgeous. Plenty of parking for multiple vehicles and very close to St Augustine, Crescent Beach and Marineland. We give it five stars and will definitley try to stay here the next time we are in the area.

Perfectly located. Really quiet neighborhood and great views. Rooms nicely done and there is lots of space, great matresses and very comfortable. Kitchen is small if you are a group ( wich is normal with a 4 bedroom house). We’ve seen daulphins everyday and had beautiful sunsets. The house is 15 min max from all the activities you could dream of.

We enjoyed our stay here. We loved being able to bring our dog, the pool was great and the outside seating made it fun to have the whole family sit pool side for meals. The sunsets are amazing. The only downside is that the kitchen is very small.

We had a wonderful week at ParadiSea. The location was great and was easily assessable to St. Augustine. The quaint neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and the pool and dock made for a relaxing vacation in itself. The sunsets from the dock were absolutely stunning! Fort Matanzas and the the Matanzas Inlet were just a short boat ride away, and the beach was just across A1A. David was so helpful and responded within minutes if we had questions. He even left a welcome note with coupons for us on arrival. We also appreciated the drive-on Butler Beach as it made for easy loading and unloading of beach gear. Our boys rented e-bikes from Sun & Fun E-bikes which added to the fun and their customer service is top notch as well. Everyone we met and dealt with were very kind and helpful and made you feel welcome. Some of our favorite eateries in the area were Parlor Donuts, Kookaburra Coffee, Viola’s and Paladar Cuban Eatery all within a few minutes drive. It was a great vacation and we hope to return soon!
