RIVERFRONT MOUNTAIN VIEWS SERENE AND PRIVATE CLOSE TO ALL AMENITIES

This home has everything for a vacation stay . We were so happy that we choose this place . It’s so close to all the activities yet far enough away from traffic . We would definitely come back to stay. The rRedstone historic district is a must to go and eat and buy some groceries from local residents. I am a runner and I was able to find hills and trails along the way . The sound of the river was incredible. We could not get enough of the Beautiful scenery around us.

This is a beautiful, comfortable, spotlessly clean home with a wonderful yard. The hosts are kind and responsive. Hope to be back.

We had an amazingly relaxing stay at this unique house. We loved the neighborhood and house and the absolutely gorgeous area!!

We enjoyed the location of property. The house was the perfect size for our group. It was not as secluded as we originally thought, but still set back in trees next to the river. You could hear highway noise across the river. The check in process was much different than any other VRBO or rental property I have rented. The owners met us at the property when we arrived to give us a tour. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay and the area was gorgeous. Highly recommend the rope swing and hot tub!

This place is wonderful - right on the river for relaxation on the water, close to the adorable town of Redstone, near Beaver Lake and fantastic BBQ in Marble...and with a hot tub and fire pit for relaxation at night. It is a great place for taking advantage of the area (I booked a fly fishing trip through a place in Carbondale) while also being a relaxing spot on its own. If you are looking in the area, book this place! Sabrina was also very responsive as a host. We loved the house!

This is our 2nd year in a roll to stay here. It is a great out of the way place for family and friends. We enjoy this place tremendously.

Beautiful property and great home to spend time with friends. Will definitely consider future stays here if our travels bring us to Redstone again. The rope swing over the river was the best!

Sabrina and her husband are the owners of a recently renovated midcentury home along the Crystal River about a mile south of Redstone, and convenient to Marble. We were visiting this more removed and quiet part of Colorado's mountain west to attend a wedding at a lodge in Marble. The home's interior is very attractive with a kitchen and living room furnishings that have a Scandinavian feel. The house sleeps six or more comfortably with the addition of a sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a hot tub off the back deck and a path that leads down to the creek where one can bring a folding chair, read and relax. My son stopped by on Sunday and tried his luck fly fishing along the river. Dining options and the inventory at the nearby grocery store in Redstone are a little sparse, so you may wish to stock up in Carbondale on the way if you plan to stay longer than a day or two. The barbecue restaurant in Marble has an incredible reputation, if you're into that, and I would recommend making that part of your visit in the summer months. Sabrina provides wifi and there is a Verizon cellphone hot spot in the house, if you are a Verizon customer (we were not). Sabrina was a very gracious host and provided a complete tour of the house when we arrived. You may wish to practice using the front door digital key fob a couple of times with Sabrina there, as it takes a particular swipe technique to work reliably. I would definitely recommend Sabrina's riverfront mountain home to family and friends.

This is our 4th trip to Redstone and this house is our favorite place to stay by far. The backyard with the beautiful views of the red rock cliffs along the Crystal River cannot be matched. A very comfortable retreat with all the needed amenities, we highly recommend this home for you stay in Redstone. Thanks to Sabrina and family for their warm hospitality.
