Stayed Mar 29, 2025Thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations. The pool and hot tub were very relaxing. The house is super spacious. The pictures do not do the house justice. It was a wonderful stay all around. The only con I can think of is that the internet is very slow and we couldn't all be online at the same time, it would kick us off. We were a 2 hour drive from Grand Canyon West, about 2 hours from Las Vegas, and Laughlin was just a short 20 minute drive.

Stayed Dec 26, 2024We stayed here to celebrate Grandpa's 80th birthday with the whole family. We had ages 10-80 years old (9 people total). Everyone had a great time! The game room was great, we played billiards and table tennis every day. The jacuzzi and infinity pool were so nice. We lounged in it day and night looking at the amazing river and mountain views. We also had a light hike in the area to look at the river. Laughlin is close by, but we spent most of our time at the house.The kitchen was well stocked. We cooked most of our meals and BBQ'd a couple of times. There is a large dining table that fit all of us for dinner. Bedrooms and bathrooms were all really nice and very comfortable.The only negative is the wi-fi was a little weak. However, it just forced us to be more present with each other, it wasn't really an inconvenience except when my husband had to get on a zoom meeting.Overall, the house was truly amazing and we DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this house for any family or groups.

Stayed Aug 17, 2023We had the best time on our trip! The house was immaculate- the pictures do not do it justice! The property manager was friendly and helpful. Everything about the house was perfect- plenty of space for a large group, private bathrooms for all, game room was fun, and the pool/jacuzzi were great. I cannot wait to rebook and go back and do it all again!

Stayed May 26, 2023This place blew our mind from the time we walked in. Spotless,everything worked correctly,amazing view,AMAZING ac! Everyone knows that’s necessary in summer at the river. Super friendly host,and we will definitely be back! A+ 5 star place to stay.

Stayed Apr 21, 2023Property was Beautiful, Pictures do not do it justice. Very clean and extremely spacious. We had 14 adult guest and plenty of room for more. Super host Jeff, was ver nice and always avaliable. Oustanding views, would highly recommend this property for large family gatherings.
