Stayed Jan 15, 20262 families stayed here and we can't wait to come back! The owners thought of pretty much everything! Bicycles, kayaks, pool toys, beach toys, shuffleboard, foosball games, cornhole, putting green,SO MUCH! The river view from the pool deck was my favorite. The kids even saw dolphins and manatees. There is a gorgeous outdoor grill and kitchen. Inside is beautifully renovated and decorated. There was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable and spread out. It's a family friendly neighborhood and only a short walk to downtown Cocoa Beach. We're already planning our return trip!
