Riverfront Home with Large Deck on South Fork of Kaweah River

Nice location to relax before and after exploring the national park

Very nice house with amazing setting right on the river and a great deck to relax on and enjoy the views and nature.

Amazing place! Every inch was super clean. Beds and furniture very comfortable. The hosts were very hospitable and communication was easy and quick. The place was well supplied. We especially loved the grill out back, after a full day at Sequoia we came home and fired up the grill for tasty homemade dinner.I highly recommend this place. We will be back!

What an amazing place! The spacious back deck was my favorite. The owners left a gift basket for us when we arrived.

We feel so fortunate to have been able to rent this home at the last minute as there had been a cancellation. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac. The star of the house is the large, gorgeous deck overlooking the river. It is so peaceful and quiet with a constantly changing show of birds and other wildlife. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful. Get this, before arriving I messaged the owners to see if there might be a store in Three Rivers that carried gluten and lactose free products. When we arrived at the house, we were surprised to find that they had left a box of gluten free pasta and other goodies. Their kindness meant so much to me and really made our stay even more enjoyable. The wifi worked well in the house and I was able to check emails and grade papers for my summer class. The kitchen has a gas stove and a nice GE refrigerator that has filtered water and ice in the door. There are lots of kitchen supplies and lots of spices. The washer and dryer were handy as was the dishwasher. The beds were comfortable, and the walk-in shower was great. There are 3 steps up to the front door, but the house is mainly on one level which was convenient for my husband who has mobility issues. There are also three steps up to the main bedroom with the luxurious king bed but there is another bedroom on the main floor with a queen bed which was handy. The whole house air conditioning was appreciated.

Amazing house with all the amenities on a nice flowing river. We liked how it was tucked away and its own little wooded area away from the hustle and bustle from the main strip of three rivers, which is only about six minute drive. The main gate to the Sequoia's is fairly close, about a 15 minute drive and it takes about another hour to get up to the big trees. Overall, excellent stay, 10 stars and would highly recommended. Thank you for opening your house so others can experience what it's like to live on a river. You're very blessed to have this property.

What a BEAUTIFUL home! Our young family of 5 had the best couple of days. We played in the creek, enjoyed the location to Sequoia, and played in the creek some more! The owners go out of their way to make their guests feel comfortable and all the amenities and small hospitable touches accomplished that. Our trip was truly magic and we are so glad we stayed here. They were incredibly kind and truly lovely people.The location is conveniently close to Sequoia National Park, and the house had everything we needed—it was comfortable, well-equipped, and set in a stunningly beautiful area.When a lamb unexpectedly wandered onto the property, they responded with such kindness and care, and we were truly grateful for their help.I would love to stay here again. Highly recommended!

The house was well stocked for cooking and very spacious inside. The best part was the patio overlooking the river and hearing the river inside the house when you opened the windows!

Everything was well thought out and tasteful. Very clean. Great location to visit Sequoia National Park. Gracious hosts. Would love to return.

We traveled from North Carolina to spend the holidays with our children who live in California. Your exquisite home gave us a cozy retreat to come together. We enjoyed the family time on the deck and in the family room. Thank you for your hospitality.

Eddie and Laura’s house on the river is absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a comfortable stay in a tranquil and peaceful setting. The house is well-appointed with everything you might need, including for those traveling with their dog (as we were). The extra details that our hosts provided for use during our stay (such as dog bowls, leashes, towels and poop bags) were such a nice, thoughtful touch! There were so many things like this that made our stay simply delightful. The weather outside was quite hot while we were there, but the house stayed nice and cool thanks to the AC and ceiling fans. Also the deck and the view and access to the river is breathtaking. Can’t say enough about it. Highly recommend!

The house is in a beautiful peaceful setting by the river. The deck is a great place to take in nature and do morning yoga. The house was comfortable, clean and spacious. It was close to the park entrance and local eateries. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return again.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Listing is as described but more! Beds were comfortable. The kitchen has everything needed for meals including the little things you thought you forgot. Be sure to stop at a grocery store on the way to town. Comfortable living space and a huge deck overlooking the stream. Kids enjoyed exploring around the rocks and watching the deer that came to visit each day.Everything was very clean.

The house was both well appointed and comfortable. There was lots of space inside and out to visit and enjoy each others' company.

Our daughter was married in the Sequoia Park and Eddie and this house was the perfect getaway from the hustle of the planning and celebration. The temperature was HOT during the day but mornings and evenings were enjoyed on the back deck listening to the river in the back yard. Eddie and Laura were great to work with. We ended up coming into town a little later than expected and they were in touch with us throughout the journey and left some lights on for our night time arrival. Although we didn't have a ton of time at the house, it was filled with all the amenities you could need!!! wereenjoyed
