Stayed Mar 20, 2025We had such a wonderful stay at this house. There was plenty of room for our family of four and then some. The views were of the San Juan River while hanging out in the hot tub were fabulous. The house is very cozy in a nice quiet neighborhood off of the main highway - so no noise. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. My only issue, which wasn't a big one, was that the doors to the master bath are barn doors that don't lock but that wasn't big at all. Loved loved this place and would definitely stay there again.

Stayed Mar 10, 2025Loved the neighborhood location and the place had a lot of positives. Was missing some basic stuff like body soap and shampoo but cleaning crew resolved within a day. Enjoyed the hot tub and being on the river. We didn't find the grilling tools but were still able to cook out. Kids enjoyed the foosball table in the garage.

Stayed Feb 5, 2025This is a great location for access to Wolf Creek Ski Basin - it was only a 20 min drive. Great location right on the San Juan river - it was a beautiful location and a great space, plenty of room.
