Riverfront home on Lake Seguin with dock, kayaks, beautiful views & air hockey

Excellent location, beautiful view, very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed the site and would love to return soon. I found it sad that all communication was digital and was not able to speak with a human. I asked for early check in and never got a response. Also, it seemed like there were two corporate entities, Vrbo and Vacasa, complicating the issue of “who should I call?” As 3 septuagenarians we needed extra time, especially for checking out. All in all, great!

The house had everything we needed for a family of all ages. The kitchen was well stocked and had a keurig and evening needed did cooking. The upstairs suite was perfect for all the kids with an air hockey table, sectional w TV, bathroom, and multiple beds. The garage had ping pong and fooseball tables, along with other outdoor games and kayaks for the family. River access was perfect with a dock and tree rope swing which was used for the entire trip. We will not hesitate to book here again.

The house looks even better in person and it was the perfect set up for our family. The upstairs suite with sectional / beds / large bathroom / air hockey was wonderful. The garage had ping pong and fooseball tables and there were adult and children's kayaks as well. The kitchen had everything we needed, and there was even 2 refrigerators.Down by the river there was a small dock that the kids loved jumping off, as well as a tree rope swing that they couldn't stay off of. I would've liked to see more than 1 towel per person considering the river was right there, but we made it work with a dew loads of laundry. Overall this house was perfect for our family and we would definitely stay again

Clean and easy to get to.

The house and the property were amazing, especially with the view of the river. The kitchen and living area were very spacious and accommodated our family very well.

The pictures do not do this house justice. It is huge and the grounds are amazing. Will definitely plan to stay here again and you cannot be having the river in your backyard.

We had a great time in Seguin! The house was perfect for us! We enjoyed all the amenities from ping pong to kayaking. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. We will definitely consider this property again in the future.

My family came in for my nephew’s wedding. The house was fantastic!! It was even better than described, we had a lovely time. It had a well stocked kitchen that we were able to use for multiple meals. Lots of activities on the property. So many we were unable to take advantage of them all due to the wedding we were attending.

We were 6 adults and 1 child and the house worked very well for us. The beds were very comfortable and multiple AC zones let everyone be at their happy temp. The view of the river is great and there are kayaks, a dock and a rope swing to enjoy. The only knock is the lack of a pool; not a big deal in the fall but would be nice for summer heat. We're already planning a return trip!

One of the prettiest best properties I’ve stayed at! The furniture is perfectly laid out with plenty of sleeping space and good Amenities with lots of extras provided for play around the house and on the water!

Great property! The kids enjoy fishing, kayaking, playing on the swing set and watching squirrels. The adults enjoyed making great memories and relaxing on the porch with a peaceful river view.

This house is amazing. The pictures don't do it justice. It was very comfortable and spacious. We loved the upstairs game room area and the kayaks were a huge hit. The surplus of towels was very much appreciated as well.

This house was above and beyond what we expected! Great location, out of town but close enough that you don't have to go very far if you need anything. My family did some fishing and swimming, and the kids played on the playscape. Would highly recommend and definitely would stay again.

We enjoyed this property. Every year we do an annual family river trip and we were happy to have a place large enough to accomodate us all. Loved tgat there were games to play and kayaks to play in the river, we also made a lot of use out of the rope swing. 10/10 would stay again

Overall our stay was excellent! However, i was surprised that supplies such as paper towels and toilet paper were inadequate for a stay of 2 weeks for 11 people. Also a rug of some sort would be appropriate in the tub area of the downstairs bathroom! That floor is very slippery when wet!

We had our annual family vacation to Schlitterbahn and chose to stay at this beautiful home. We had a group of 12 - 5 adults and 7 kids. This house accomodated everyone perfectly. The upstairs area was perfect for the kids. The house had all the kitchen items that were needed. The river was very nice! The only complaint was that it was very deep without any shallow areas for the kids to enjoy. As long as life jackets are worn, it was not that big of a deal. The kayaks were perfect as well. The location was very quiet and spacious. I would rent this location again.

This house and property was perfect for our family vacation. Everyone was confortable sleeping and great room and dining area was large enough for all of us to enjoy being together as a family.
