Stayed Sep 12, 2025Nice house which was a short walk to the city centre. We appreciated the tea coffee etc. The property was clean with dishwasher tablets and laundry items at our disposal which we appreciated. The beds and pillows were very comfy, so everyone slept well. The only blip was having people walking so close to the living room window and the peeling ceilings/damp in the bathroom and kitchen. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Aug 21, 2025The perfect home for anyone staying in Inverness! Walking distance to a quaint bridge over the River to all the restaurants and shops one could want. Located right along the River with a restaurant/pub right next door! Food was delicious & service was stellar. Home is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Thank you, Andrew for a lovely stay.

Stayed May 2, 2025The place was a great place to stay, clean, cozy, ... and the location was amazing. We could walk over the bridge and get to dozens of bars and restaurants. And there was a great restaurant 2 buildings away. Next time I go back to the area, I will try and stay here again

Stayed Mar 17, 2025This house was in the perfect spot. It was right on the Ness River which is beautiful. Has a gorgeous bridge you can view and the church across the river adds for some amazing scenery. The grocery store is one block away (there were bags in the house you could use so you don't have to buy your own at the store). The house had a few left over things, like salt, some instant coffee, syrup and other things you might need to cook your meals. I appreciated we didn't have to buy new ones and could just use the leftovers. The rooms were perfect for my 2 daughters, husband and mother. Beds were ok, but we were so tired we slept well. The bathroom is newly renovated (although the shower doesn't drain well) and it was comfortable for all of us. The restaurant two doors down was a great place to eat when you don't want to cook. We were able to walk from the train station. It was perfectly situated for our stay.

Stayed May 18, 2024Family of 7 travelling from overseas to vacation together found the property clean and as described. Location was perfect with 15 minute walk to town and train. Were able to enjoy backyard on beautiful evenings around patio table. Ideal for those that like a daily walk with river Ness straight across the road. The owner, provided good communication and very accommodating with recommendations for additional parking we required, shopping, welcoming booklet with restaurants and other suggestions. Full kitchen handy for breakfast and packed lunches. Comfortable sitting room with TV for kids after busy day of touring. Nice quiet neighborhood. Also recommend the Waterside neighborhood bar, for a pub dinner close by. Having 1 shower was a bit of a juggle for 7 but managable, extra 1/2 washroom a help. This property helped make our stay in Inverness very comfortable and enjoyable.
