We just stayed there and enjoyed this property. It suited all of our needs. The house was clean, the pool was clean and warm. The Lanai was great to have. There were beach towels for everyone. There were accommodations for kids if needed such as pack n play and life jackets. The only thing I wish they would have provided was a cooler, beach chairs and umbrella. We couldn’t find any rental in the area for this either. You definitely need a car rental if staying here as you have to travel at least 10 minutes to the closest beach, restaurants. It was nice to have the grill to cook. I would recommend this property.

This home has so much potential. It’s a great location and a very nice neighborhood. However I did not expect to have to walk in and clean the entire home. The bath towels were dirty. The floors haven’t been swept, there was so much dust under the beds and the furniture that my allergies were terrible until my daughter cleaned. Which we had to go buy a broom because there wasn’t one available. The oven smoked terribly because it was filthy. The hood over the stove has food stuck to it that would fall into what we were cooking, until we cleaned that too. We couldn’t sit by the pool at night because part of the screen was missing from the lanai and there were a lot of bugs. Sadly we would not rent this property again just because of the disrepair and cleanliness. We did take photos if you would like to see them.

This was a spacious home with a lovely pool. The beaches were only several miles away. The pool enclosure was very nice but needed cleaning. The pool and house were clean. We enjoyed our week there very much.

Loved? Would have loved better towels- couple of more beach towels- some cleaning supplies- welcome basket, always a nice touch. Loved? The alligator in the canal.

Aside from two automated text messages, I did not receive any communication from the management company during my month stay here - aside from a phone call they made a week after a neighbor tracked them down to report iguanas on the roof. I messaged about no garage door opener and bugs in the pool with no skimmer available to clean them out myself, and never got a response. The final week of my stay there was a tropical storm warning and I heard nothing from them. You’d think as a rental company in Florida dealing with out of state visitors they might have a protocol to inform them of what to expect or watch out for in the area as the warnings are quite scary to an outsider unfamiliar with these storms and the area. Nope. Not one word. This property specifically is not up to par and needs some updating and serious pest control. It feels unfinished and minimal. There are no tv’s in any of the bedrooms, the decor is very limited making it feel cheap, cold, and empty. The kitchen area echos. The bathrooms and kitchen are quite dated and need a remodel. There are no shelves/caddies in the showers for toiletries. There is a major pest control problem. The master bath had the sinks filled with water and stopped up upon my arrival. Only after unplugging and draining them did I see why someone did this - fruit flies/gnats. The rental company/cleaners were obviously aware of this and this was their solution. There were multiple areas of ant infestations throughout the home as well that I was constantly cleaning and spraying. The location is pretty much in the middle of nowhere. Nothing around including grocery stores or restaurants and a long drive to any beach. Way overpriced for the property and area. The pet fee of $350 for my 7lb dog was also the highest I have paid at any rental ever and felt like a scam considering the cleanliness/pest issues I experienced. On the upside the bed was comfortable.
