Stayed Dec 26, 2024This is a condo complex right on the road to Sunday river. Looks to have been built in 80's or 90's and this particular unit has not been updated. eg - many old appliances, some peeling paint in the shower. But - was comfortable, everything worked and the kitchen & bathrooms were well outfitted. There were also some board games. We had an issue with sulfur smelling water from hot water, but the maintenance company was very responsive and got it flushed. I also left behind my toilet kit and they were awesome and got it sent back to me.We had a good stay, but I just think the price to quality ratio might be a bit off.
