River Walk Haven - Spacious Retreat in San Antonio, TX.

The house was great. It turned out the house was exactly as described. The house had enough room for our big family. The house was clean. I will definitely keep this house on my mind if I visit San Antonio.

We had a great time. Rooms big and spacious. Back partio great place to hang out we just were stopped by the storm. 12 women in the house..could use more towels and mirrors. You have a lovely home, quiet neighborhood and easy access to downtown attractions. Loved it.

This is our second time staying in this house and we absolutely love it. It has so many spaces for us to spread out and be comfortable. The owner is very responsive and polite. We will absolutely be coming back next year.

I booked this place as a birthday weekend for my husband. We had 9 adults and all slept comfortably. The house is well equipped with ample space. It’s also such a great location. So close to all the fun stuff!! The only set back was that the kitchen does not quite serve that many people. We had to improvise with spoons instead of forks which is a mild inconvenience for sure. Overall it was a great stay!

The property was just as listed. Spacious and cozy. Loved the back yard.

We did enjoy our stay as family and fun was the ultimate goal. We did experience a less than 5 star experience due to the extreme ant infestation on the kitchen counters. You could not leave anything on them. The lack of cookware available for 15 people such as pans, can opener, baking dishes, dish towels, etc, the lack of access to a pool as the VRBO post was misleading (it’s a city pool and only open June-Sept) and maybe I missed it but also the many cameras on the property that were not disclosed as we have children and aren’t really comfortable with them being possibly recorded by strangers. The home was clean and there was plenty of space for everyone to sleep. There are no dressers or stands for your clothes so you’ll live out of a suitcase for the week. The couches and chairs were very small making it difficult for everyone to spend quality time together or for lounging but clean nonetheless. Good internet and a nice backyard.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a short drive over to the River Walk which was very convenient. The house and yard were very clean. The kids enjoyed the backyard and the games in the house. We all enjoyed the large dining area and spacious layout.

Poor area...not safe. Owner accused us of breaking the foosball table that we never used. Bad neighborhood.

House was very nice and as described. Backyard was a great place to just hang out and chill. Loved the whole experience. I do recommend bringing some towels because there were very few.

Great location and there were alot of great suggestions. Need a bit more kitchen wares to cook for a larger group.

This house was great. We had 11 people with 6 kids under 7. We did not utilize it much, but the backyard was fun for the kids to run around in. It was nice to have so many little sitting areas. The only downside was they didn't leave enough towels for everyone in the house. But overall, highly recommend.
