We are close to Wimberley and Canyon Lake on the beautiful Blanco Rapids Ranch right on the Blanco River. You'll enjoy a picturesque setting with river access, hiking trails, pickle ball court and relaxation. We are well stocked, excellently decorated and wonderfully comfortable. We are good for couples, families with kids, solo adventurers and anyone looking to recharge.

River Runs Through It Suite has a high-quality and comfortable king size bed. This suite is cedar lined so it is not suitable for those that are adverse to the aroma of cedar. The bathroom has a double vanity and separate area for the toilet and walk in stone shower. The kitchenette has a mini fridge, microwave, convection oven and single cooktop. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and most items needed to make cooking meals here a breeze. There are 3 patios with dining space and Charcoal/Gas Grill to make cooking even easier. There are 2 cabins with 2 private suites per cabin. River access is just down a stairway and an easy walk to the river. Please bring river shoes as the concrete slab near the river and the rocks in the river are slippery. Please do not go with bare feet or flip flops. Please no glass at the river, foam and plastic cups are available in the suites for your use.

A car is needed to get to/from the ranch. There is a space for parking for this suite along the back of the cabins. Property is located 2.5 miles down a private road on a beautiful part of the Blanco River. The property is in Wimberley, Hays County but the entrance is in Fischer, Comal County. Please let us know if you need anything during your stay and we will be happy to get it to you. We have a rental manager and ranch caretaker on site, to help you with anything you may need. This is a very secluded and beautiful ranch on a fabulous section of the Blanco River. We do not allow loud parties and excessive lighting. Car is required to get to/from ranch. It is best to pick up supplies at the Brookshire Brothers in Canyon Lake or the H-E-B in Wimberley before coming out. There are restaurants in the area but you'll want to have some food on hand as we are not close enough for any food delivery services.

Very peaceful surroundings. A great, quiet, and unique way to spend Valentine's Saturday night. We stopped at the local store (Brookshire?) to get provisions (steak!) to cook. A little too cold and dreary to use the outdoor grills, but the mobile stovetop burners inside saved our steak-cation.

Our casita was so nice! The weather was hot but the ac in the casita worked wonderfully! The place was beautiful inside and out. It was so wonderful to sit at the patio table and look down at the river. It was even more fun to walk down to the river and explore the little rapids. I think my favorite thing was listening to the sound of the little River rapids. It was so soothing and peaceful

We spent 2 nights here and wished we could have stayed longer. Next time! The cabin: very clean, has the basic necessaries (toiletries, dishes, spices, etc), dish network, WiFi and the coolest shower I've ever been in! They property: there's a lot to do. The river is down the stairs and had both a shallow section and an area where it was deep enough to actually swim. There's also a disc golf basket, several bbq pits and a few swings to hang out on around the property. The best part: LUCY! We were down by the river and a friendly dog appeared and started hanging out in the water with us. She walked with us back to our cabin when we were done swimming and even hung out for a bit. She is the sweetest. You must pet her! The cell service here is spotty but you probably won't miss it. It's such a relaxing environment.

Loved the place. Quiet, relaxing, and just what we needed to get away from it all for a little while. The cabin was spectacular and the river access was a big plus. The owners and manager were always accommodating and efficient.
