River Run Retreat | Cozy Comfort Along the Riverbend

Tucked in a quiet Seaside neighborhood about a fifteen-minute walk to the beach, River Run Retreat is a peaceful hideaway perfect for families and friends looking to reconnect. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and space for up to nine guests, this inviting home blends comfort and functionality with thoughtful extras — including a loftedentertainment space and tranquil views of the Necanicum River from the backyard.

Inside, the main living room offers a plush sectional, Smart TV, and plenty of room to gather, while the sitting room features two swivel chairs, a desk with a monitor, and a gas fireplace for cozy evening ambiance. The primary suite includes a king bed and private bath, while two additional bedrooms — another king and a queen — ensure everyone has space to unwind. There are three cots for additional sleeping. A fully equipped kitchen with a double oven, double-drawer dishwasher, and Keurig (pod + drip) makes meals easy, and the upstairs loft is a favorite for kids and kids-at-heart, complete with a sofa, TV, and card table for movies and games. With Seaside's beach, shops, and trails nearby, River Run Retreat offers just the right balance of quiet comfort and coastal adventure.

Per City Ordinance, occupancy cannot be exceeded at any time, that does include visitors stopping by. Children and infants count toward occupancy. All vehicles staying at or visiting a vacation rental in the city must park in the designated spaces on the property and not on the street.
