River Rock Cabin - Near Spring River and Main St

The Host Adam was very helpful.

The cabin was very quaint and beautiful. The instructions in the message were not very clear on how to get into the cabin... simply a four-digit code (but there was another button or key to press to actually open the door).In the booklet, instructions were not available regarding the shower, it is a different type of faucet in the shower, so we had to contact the host to figure out how to work the shower on the second day. The neighbors next door has teens that would be extremely loud, shouting, yelling, jumping in and out of their pool at 2am until 5:30 am. So, not so excellent on the noise around the area. The parking is in front of the house more so like an easement off the street into the yard. It is not bad but not a driveway, the house can be easily missed if just driving by, but it is a very cute cabin. The hosts were quick to respond within short time frames when we needed them so that is a huge kudo and they were very friendly.

Driving distance to Branson very nice excellent stay

My husband and I spent 4 nights here in June. House was sweet-I actually rented this one in particular because it had a bathtub. (Most small rentals in the area only had showers). Nice large tub with plenty of hot water. Washer and dryer also a nice feature. We floated eleven point river three days. Will have to come back to float spring river next. Couple nice restaurants within walking distance. Check in was easy and owners checked in to make sure all was well. Recommended property and I also loved the reasonable price!

The house is located in a great spot, quiet neighborhood and decorated nicely. But the beads were foam, horrible for a bad back, and the entire house needs a good cleaning. We found multiple cobwebs, aunts and multple things that were bothersome. Like stains on the couch and dried food in the mircowave, we were scared to use the window unit in one bedroom due to it being filled with dirt. Would recommend to stay, but after a deep cleaning.

Owners were fabulous to work with. Excellent communication!This is a nice little house with everything we needed for our stay. Close to downtown and the park. I would definitely stay here again if in the area. The only caution would be the shower is not for tall people. I'm 5'6 and had to squat down to wash my hair, but it wasn't a deal breaker.

Enjoyed staying here for a fishing trip!

This is a nice small house that worked well for our needs. The hosts were highly responsive and took care of any concerns/requests in a timely fashion.

Beautifully decorated and easy to fine! Could use some more cooking pots and pans especially baking pans!

Overall the stay was good for what we were there for (float the Spring River). There were a couple of maintenance issues we took care of ourselves. The kitchen sink did not have hot water and the mini split in the living room did not cool well and was leaking water inside the house. We reported these issues to management.

The house was very clean. Close to town. Only thing is the bathroom doesn’t have a ventilator so it gets steamy but overall, we enjoyed our stay

The cabin was exactly as pictured. We had a little emergency that the hosts handled quickly and professionally. Will definitely book with them again the next time we come up north

The cabin is in town not on the river. Internet access was supposed to be in the book on the coffee table but we never seen it in there. The floors were dirty and the beds were worn out. Rough night.

The host was a fast communicator who worked quickly to resolve any issues. The updated interior is well done. Washer/dryer on premises is a plus. The cottage is set back in a neighborhood so plan to drive to the parks/river. I would stay here again!
