Stayed Feb 26, 2026We had a great time staying here. There was plenty of room for our girls ski trip (6 women). The place is very convenient to both the river run base (10 minute walk on the bike path - closer than many parking lots!) and downtown. We used instacart to preorder all of our groceries so we had them within 2 hours of arriving- that was a win! There are a lot of stairs with the living area at the top so if you have any mobility issues this may not be the place for you. The view was great on top of the convenience and it's nice to have a garage. The room with bunks is about 1/2 a room size and the bunk beds are sized for children (so put your short folks there ;)).

Stayed Feb 4, 2026Great location. Felt like it was equally easy to walk to River Run as well as down town. Plenty of room for 6 friends. Check in/out was smooth. We cooked several nights and felt the kitchen had everything we needed including essential spices. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Dec 4, 2025We were in town for a hockey tournament and not to ski, but the views were great. It was close to town and you could see the ski lift from the unit. Check in was a snap and we had ample room for 3 teenage boys, 3 dads and a mom. Having a garage was great. There were a lot of stairs, which wasn't an issue, but good to keep in mind if you have someone with limited mobility. All-in-all, this would be a great place in summer or winter.
