Stayed Mar 31, 2026We had an excellent stay at this riverfront townhouse in Salida. The location really stands out because it is just a short walk to F Street, where you’ll find great restaurants, local shops, and art galleries. It made it easy to get around without needing to drive, while still feeling tucked away in a quieter, scenic spot along the Arkansas River.The townhouse itself was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully set up for an active getaway. The three decks overlooking the river and Tenderfoot Hill were a highlight because they were perfect for relaxing after a day outside. We also appreciated the garage space for storing bikes, along with the easy access to nearby trail systems. Whether you’re into mountain biking, hiking, or just exploring the area, this place makes an ideal base camp.Overall, it’s a great combination of convenience, comfort, and access to everything Salida has to offer. We will absolutely stay here again.

Stayed Mar 14, 2026The place is just as described. Very close to town but in a nice quiet area of town. Right on the river which was great for the sounds as well as fishing. Beds are very comfortable and there is plenty of space. Loved the pool table room.

Stayed Aug 9, 2025The wife and I spent 3 weeks in August of '25 in this beautiful condo on the river in Salida. Just a few blocks from the main business district, close to all the bars and restaurants. We also had some friends and family stay with us while there. The place was very clean. It was all as described. The owner was very responsive to any concerns (virtually none). I caught fish right in front of the condo. Saw several others do the same. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

It’s perfect for family or a group of friends. The location can’t be beat. It’s less than a 10 minute walk from town. Can’t recommend it enough!

Stayed Oct 1, 2024This was the perfect getaway for a weekend in salida, the worst part was having to choose which of the three beautiful decks to sit on each day! Super nice house with all amenities. Location is great with an easy walk downtown and it’s right next to a river path we used daily. We knew people at a lot of the other rentals in town and this is by far the standout property in the area.
