River Rendezvous! Newly renovated with newly constructed boathouse

House is very nice and well laid out. Boat dock is terrific. Our family had a great time there. Our only issue was that the power went out on our last night due to a storm in the middle of the night and then there was no water, but that’s not any fault of the owners. I highly recommend this property.

Everything was clean and great! Had a great time fishing and Bar B Qing! Enjoyed the deck very much!

I have been visiting Matagorda every year for over 15 years. Each time I choose a different house. This was one of my top three. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time, the house was beautiful, and very clean. Our children and grandchildren loved being able to fish off the dock. We hope to come back !!!

Everything was perfect and the view from the upper patio is beautiful with your morning coffee. We will be back for sure.

Kitchen was fabulous! Very spacious, lots of cabinets, granite countertops with modern appliances and an excellent selection of pots, pans and utensils. Large utility room included full-size washer and dryer. AC was cold and comfortable. Nest thermostat. Easy to work. Bathrooms were roomy and accessible with instant hot water and the sundeck overlooking the Colorado River absolutely spectacular! Wifi was speedy and accommodated numerous devices. Highly recommend this property for your next Matagorda visit.

Wonderful place

We had a great quick stay with kids. Everything is set up nicely, the hosts are gracious and quick to communicate with, and the boat dock is great for fishing and for relaxing.

The house is in a great location and is in great condition. If you are going fishing in Matagorda, this is a great place to stay with your friends or family

Property has a great layout. Kitchen and deck are huge! Boat dock was great for our son to fish off of.

The home was so clean and fresh, and had a perfect setup for a family stay. The property owner was very helpful and made himself available in case we needed anything during our stay. The view off the deck was unreal, and my brother loved fishing off the dock the entire week. It is easy to run into town or head out to the beach, the location is right in the center of beach road! We will definitely be renting this property again!!

Boat house is huge with ample room to dock your boat during the stay is a selling point. The house and cleanliness of the property is great. Wife and kids were very comfortable during a spring break stay. Owners are friendly and communicative. Beach is only 5 minutes away. I will definitely be back.
