The house was perfect for the occasion we were in Spokane for. The wedding was amazing and everyone enjoyed all the entertainment the house had to offer. Instructions and messaging were very clear and easy to understand. I would recommend this place to anyone and look forward to staying again if we head back to Spokane.

We had an amazing week at this beautiful rental home. Everything was spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed, yet still felt warm and homey. There was more than enough space for our group of 14, and we never felt crowded.The chef’s kitchen was fantastic, fully stocked and perfect for cooking large meals together. We even celebrated Thanksgiving here this year, and it had everything we needed (except pie tins and a turkey pan which was to be expected). We loved the comfortable seating areas throughout the house, the gorgeous views, and all the fun amenities. The jacuzzi, pinball machine, and theatre room with movies became favorite arcade games, just spots for everyone of all ages. We even had two deer visit us in the front yard one morning, such a special moment!The hosts were truly exceptional. They were responsive and kind, and even had the local property manager stop by with chlorine tablets for the jacuzzi when we noticed they were running low, on a Saturday. That level of care made our stay feel effortless.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property!

What a beautiful property. The rooms were comfortable and the amenities were perfect. The only downside was no local channels when my husband was trying to watch football on Sunday, and hard to find our local news channel (we're from Spokane). Other than that, the hot tub worked great, we had a comfortable experience in the theater room, and the arcade was fun.

The kitchen was large and well stocked. There’s a second refrigerator in the laundry room. Use of the garage was helpful. The hot tub was great. Lots of space for us to spread out. Convenient to shopping and the wedding venue. We would stay here again if we were in Spokane.

could use some new fry pans, bathtub could use mat or traction stickers (slippery), new shower head wouldnt hurt. umbrella lights didnt work on patio. bees a little bother out back when eating. hive under gutter above hot tub.theres 1 out front under eve left of front door also. over all we all enjoy staying here. its perfect location and size is perfect for our trips. guys love the hot tub and love staying there.

The home couldn't have been nicer. Clean, comfortable, outfitted as advertised (and better), welcoming, etc. We were particularly impressed with how well the kitchen was outfitted-- dishes, utensils, pots, whatever! Made my cooking for eight so much easier. My entire family, many frequent VRBO-type rental users, were pleased with all the home's features. The lovely hiking trails at the end of the street were a lovely bonus! Thank you for the effort you have obviously put into planning and outfitting this property.

This house was perfect for our group of 8 adults. The property was very clean and was well stocked with things like kleenex, plenty of paper towels, more than enough towels, etc. The property manager was very responsive and quick to answer questions. The house across the street had deer that visited every morning so that was fun to watch. The location of the home was within 20 minutes of everywhere we needed to go and the neighborhood was very quiet. Definitely recommend this property!

This property is very cool. Super clean house the in home movie theater was super awesome as we were able to all gather and have family movie nights. If we ever go back up to Spokane this is definitely one that we would stay at and is highly recommended.

We used this house for a bachelorette weekend and it was so fun! We used the movie room for PowerPoint night and it was a hit. Very clean and had great communication with Rick and the team.

Located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Amenities provided at this homewere spectacular. They do think of everything. I highly recommend booking at this facility and look forward to visiting again in the future.

Loved the house and stay.

This property was ideal for two families with elementary aged children. We enjoyed skiing during the day and relaxing at night with the hot tub, arcade room and plenty of space for everyone to relax.

We stayed 2 nights @ this beautiful house, beautiful location. There were 10 adults & had plenty of room in all areas of the house. As we were there for a Sat PBR show, the theater room came in especially handy for watching the FRI show! We enjoyed the wildlife roaming the neighborhood. My kids might have named the deer and racoon we saw. We had a great time playing the games and enjoying the theater. The beds were confusedly.

We loved this house! We loved having access to the garage, it made unloading so much easier with the kids. The house was clean and ready for us! The hot tub gets changed between each guest, so it didn't get up to temperature to use it the first night, but was great to have the rest of the stay! The game room and movie theater room were big hits, especially the pin ball machine! It was nice to have good quality paper towels, toilet paper, and Kleenex, and plenty of towels! The water pressure and temperature was excellent. Having the nature trails right down the road was all amazing too, I wish we had another week there! We'd love to stay here again! Ps A+ on the mattresses, so comfy ✔️

The house and property were very comfortable and clean.

This VRBO does all the little thing right. My favourite was all the light switches are labeled making easy to feel right at home. The location could not have been better safe, quiet and everything you need and could want to do with in a 10 min drive.

We had a great time on our family vacation. Lots of laughter watching movies and having video game challenges. I was hoping that we would be closer to the river but it was ok loading the family up for a swim and playing at the park.
