River Oasis with Plenty of Family Fun

Location is 10/10. Beautiful stay with baby and elderly family members. Highly recommend!

We loved the river, running through the back of the property. Grandson loved playing down there. The house was very nice. The furniture in the living room was somewhat sparse, but I understand. The queen bed unfortunately, was so uncomfortable. My daughter couldn't sleep in it. Thank goodness for the sofa and the trundle bed. I loved everything about the house except the cleaning fee which was outrageous. For $180 a day cleaning fee they should have cleaned all the bugs out of the lighting fixtures. The remote control for the gate did not work. So it was a little bit of a hassle. Every time we went in and out. great location near the sequoias we would definitely love to stay here again.

Great backyard setup and amenities for private family entertainment. The lack of cellular signal was not any issue with reliable wi-fi network.

This property has a great location and was well furnished

The house was great, with a view and sounds of the river on the property boundary. The gate gave a sense of privacy, and the restaurant literally next door was great, with friendly staff and good food.

We had a beautiful time at the river. It felt like camping without sleeping in a tent. The river was beautiful and very close. The property needs some upkeeping and better cleaning with lots of dust and spider webs everywhere. The location was fantastic within walking distance to the best restaurant in town and a cool candy shop and gift store. And very convenience if you are trying to go to Sequoia national Park which was absolutely breathtaking. I do wish that the house had some more upkeep and was cleaner and I wish that they did more with the backyard because it's such a big beautiful space that could be utilized much better. The property managers were good, especially the young lady who came and helped me clean the barbecue. She was fantastic. I really do hope they do something more with this property because it's such a great location and beautiful River.

Great location for amenities and ease of travel for Sequoia.

Our stay at River Oasis was wonderful. The house was clean and great communication. We enjoyed the river and the location between grill and candy shop. We are already planning to come back. Thank you for a perfect getaway!

Great place to stay. The whole place was clean inside and out. You have a river in the back yard. It was fun and overall a great experience staying for 2 nights.

Great location Perfect for a short get away and a place to relax after hiking all day

We loved being right on the river. We spent a lot of time on the swing watching & listening to the river. The blue heron paid us a visit just when I mentioned we hadn’t seen him yet. It was wonderful being so close to the entrance of Sequoia. For others planning to stay here, please note there are only a couple of hangers in the closet. That would have been nice to know ahead of time. The cottage is decorated very nicely.

What a great location! We enjoyed being so close to the entrance of Sequoia NP and being right on the river was amazing! Mid-August is perfect for playing in the river, and we did plenty of it. House had plenty of amenities we were looking for and host was quick to respond to any inquiries. We did have a bear visit us early one morning, but was more interested in garbage can and didn't come in to say, hi.We had live music next door on Fri and Sat evenings, but only until 8 pm, and was the perfect volume to enjoy on the patio or in the river. Having candy and ice cream next door was a blessing and a curse (for our diets!). But we earned it after great hikes in the NPs.We wouldn't recommend having 2 people sleep on double bed - not comfy.

Beautiful property, cozy home. We loved our stay. The river and mountain views were relaxing. Communication with the host was superb!

This location is a must! We had the most relaxing vacation! It was our first time to the area and the host did a fantastic job communicating and make us feel so welcome.

We travelled from the southeast and really appreciated the communication ahead of time on what to expect upon arrival from both the property (how to open the gate, access the key, etc.) and the community. We knew to come prepared with groceries before getting to Three Rivers and what supplies we needed. We found the property be exactly as advertised. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to prepare meals. The yard and the river access was great, we had a great time hanging around outside after a long day at the park. Sheila stayed in touch during our stay to see if we needed anything, but we never ran across anything lacking.

Wonderful location and views and to hear the rushing river, loved the area. Nice cottage supplied with all your needs. Just need to fix the screen door :) Thank you again

A truly unique view and access to the river. My sons (3 and 6 years old) loved running around the property, tossing rocks into the river, and watching white water rafters. Being able to walk to the candy shop was an extra perk!

We had the best time at this river house with my husband and 3 kids. Huge yard to play in and literally on the river. Also in between a bar/grill and candy/ice cream shop which we absolutely loved. House is clean and super functional. Also right near the entrance of Sequoia. Highly recommend.

Family of 6, great place for easy access to Sequoia NP and fun games and outdoor space for kids and grown-ups. The ice cream shop next door was a nice bonus.

I must start by saying when I booked this place I was solely going off location and reviews. The pictures listed did not do justice to this adorable place. It is located on the river, able to walk outside the door and watch the water rush by for hours. The interior is understably mature, but also full of character and beautiful design touches. It is on a sizeable plot of fully fenced land, with an access gate, mature trees and a view to die for. We are an adult family, including a couple from the East Coast. It was truly a trip to remember and we could all agree that this property was one of the best accommodations we have ever stayed in, which was the cherry on top of a perfect trip to the Sequoia/Kings Canyon National Parks. Book this place, you will not regret it.

Had an amazing weekend in Three Rivers. Son got married in the park. Absolutely stunning location for a wedding. Adult sons enjoyed spending time in the river. Close to park and close to great restaurants in Three Rivers. Beautiful patio with views for morning coffee.

We loved it here! Sheila was so responsive, and check-in was very easy. The property was just as described and so beautiful. Plenty of space on the deck to relax and room down at the river for 1 or 2 people to put their chairs in the water. We will definitely be back.
