River Haven

Welcome to river haven where you can relax in our Brand new 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom self contained accommodation complete with your own private pool and heated spa. This two story residence is attached to the rear of our property, and once you are inside your gate, you have complete privacy.

The space
The ground floor consists of 3 bedrooms, one bathroom with a washer / dryer combo machine and a small breakout area / sofa lounge with TV. The sofa lounge can potentially sleep another 2people but this would only be allowed in rare circumstances.

Every room has ducted AC and heating.

The main bedroom consists of a King size bed and walk in robe with small work station.

Bedroom 1 can either be a king bed or two long singles.

Bedroom 2 can either be a king bed or two long singles.

Both bedrooms have a small wardrobe and small workstation / desk.

Upstairs consists of a lounge and TV area, small bar area with bar fridge, a second bathroom, kitchen with seating for 6 around the kitchen bench, then a large outdoor deck. The deck includes BBQ, TV, AC for cooling or heating, outdoor table for meals, and outdoor lounge setting. We have motorised blinds that enclose the deck for full privacy and for use of the AC or heating.

The outside pool area consists of an Ozone Mineral salt pool and spa. There is also an outdoor hot / cold shower and lounge chairs. There is also a small patch of grass as the property is pet friendly for small dogs only which a strict rule that the animal does not sit on any lounges or beds and does not go into the pool or spa. Our property is brand new, with brand new furniture so we would like to protect this and keep it that way for all of our future guests.

There is plenty of free parking on the street. We do have some off street parking on the premises but this is only available in rare circumstances where your vehicle / boat ect will not be moved on a daily basis.

The home is brand new, very comfortable, and a 15 minute walk into Maroochydore restaurants, 1 minute walk to the man made beach on the Maroochydore river, a 5 minute walk to picnic point, 15 min walk to Sunshine Plaza and a 20 minute walk to cotton tree. Its also a 5 minute walk to the bus stop, which can take you all the way to Noosa everyday, or back into Maroochydore Plaza. The 620 bus runs every 30 minutes and every hour at night.
