Stayed May 19, 2021My family and I could not have asked for a better location or property. Absolutely gorgeous views and the Frio river was in our backyard! The house was just as described and extremely roomy. The communication with the owner was fantastic and quick. Any issues we had were dealt with immediately. All of the activities we attended were in very close proximity to this property, making it extremely easy since we had my 1 year old grandson with us. We will definitely be booking this property again and encourage anyone visiting Garner State Park and/or the FR to stay here! Thank you so much for opening up your property to us!

Stayed Dec 25, 2020This a a nice place to stay , clean and spacious for a large family. has decent size 3 bed room and a large living room. Frio river flows through the property. Booking ,checkin in and checkout was easy. I will return back with friends again next summer.

Stayed Nov 28, 2019Great area with nice view and a river in the back. Beds are not as comfortable as those in regular hotels but not a big deal living near nature.

Stayed Oct 11, 2019We had a blast in this vacation house, the house was clean everything we needed was there. Communication with the owner was so easy and they are super nice. We will be back at this place every summer.
