The house was very clean, and the extra amenities were thoughtful and very much appreciated!

This home is a great option with its location to everything in Toledo and Northwest Ohio. Fantastic view of the Maumee River with a 3 outdoor decks and a sotting area down at the river bank. Some have shared the neighborhood is suspect, but it is an old and depressed area of Toledo. We didn’t encounter one sketchy moment or even a police siren over our 4 night long weekend stay. This property is well updated inside and has all the amenities you’ll need for your stay. The kitchen is equipped with all necessities with Kuereg and regular coffee maker. Bathrooms are clean and well stocked as well. Great place to plan all your activities in Toledo and surrounding area.

Check-In was smooth as we were able to contact the host easily just through a quick phone call. Place was nice and spacious. All necessities were available too.

Nice condo on the inside and great view of the water, but the location of the condo is in a pretty sketchy area. Owner is very nice and responsive.

Property was great and location was perfect for a visit with family who lived in various areas around Toledo. View was nice, even though snow covered; sure it would be fabulous during the summer. My Wife and I stayed 3 nights in Jan and had a great time. Close to anything downtown and some great views. We had no problems with check in or out. Home is very well equipped and stocked with anything you need. Only problem we had was trying to figure out the remote lol. We would definitely come back next time maybee when its not below zero and I can catfish!

Very good stay with 4 levels of outdoor spaces, comfortable beds, washer/dryer for large loads, and as a bonus...nicely decorated for the holiday.

Property was comfortable and featured great views of the river, tv streaming, large bedrooms, and dual sink baths. Host was kind and responsive.

The amenities perfectly placed throughout the property were very much appreciated as well as the cleanliness and ease of the overall process.

Checked in late, neighborhood was not the greatest. Unit had alarms, was grateful for that. It listed as 3 bedrooms sleeps 6 : only 2 bedrooms with doors (1 queen each room). The other bedroom was a walkout basement space with a large double sofa bed. The living room is listed as a double sofa bed, but was a couch with two reclining seats. I don't consider couches in the main living space a sleeping space. So just a heads up depending on your group. A family with kids, great. A group of friends...awkward to have to share beds. I ended up sleeping on a camping cot I brought just in case. Head's up, the showers are a bit different. In every other shower I've taken, the cold is the setting right away and the hot water is the full crank on. Not so with these showers. Barely on=hot, full crank = cold. Curtis responsive when I told him of this. We remedied that it was user error not & lack of hot water. But that was a really cold shower waiting for the hot water to arrive.

This property was very well up to standards the view was outstanding and also snacks were available, which me and wife forgot to get some. The host was polite and also easy to communicate with. Long story short happy wife happy life and my wife was extremely happy with the property and the service provided. 10+Stars
