Boat access is through tidal back channels and is recommended only for experienced boaters familiar with the area. The water level changes significantly with the tides and there are natural oyster beds nearby.



Other Things to Note:

⚠️ The property sits on tidal back-channel waters rather than directly on the Intracoastal. Water levels change significantly with the tides and oyster beds are present. Swimming is not permitted. Guests planning to bring boats, kayaks, or paddleboards should contact us in advance and should be experienced navigating tidal waters.
