Everything was great!

Our stay was 5 star all the way. This home has a great floorplan and is very comfortable. (also, VERY clean) Very nice quiet neighborhood. The home was well equipped with anything you would need.

Air conditioner thermostat was not working. Very hot in the house. Saturday and Sunday spent night at mother in laws house because house was extremely hot. Then 2 days later house was hot again and the coils in ac unit froze up causing us to stay at mother in laws house again. Joel who was the contact for the home said he was going to credit us days which he never did. He is a good liar and i suggest nobody ever stay at this resident because Joel could care less about making your experience in the house memorable he just wants your money. He is full of crap. Will NEVER BOOK THAT HOUSE AGAIN.

We had 3 couples a 5 yo and a baby staying in Joel’s home over Easter. It was perfect for our group visiting my Nana in Rio Verde and needing more space. Great patio and kitchen/living area to hang out. Joel was quick to communicate and answer my questions would rent from him again.

Our kids and grandkids stayed at this house and it was perfect!

This was a great place to stay and the owners were very helpful.

Wonderful place, close to everything.

Rural, quiet neighborhood on the golf course with access to a beautiful pool, fitness center, tennis and pickleball. We were able to walk to a little coffee shop that serves simple breakfast and lunch. Many communities to explore and hikes nearby. The outdoor space was our favorite amenity. Javelina, coyotes, cardinals and many others birds right in the back yard.

Perfect location and house had everything we needed for our stay in Rio Verde.

This is the second time we have stayed in this property. My only complaint is that it is not available next year at the time that we need it! I'm sure another lucky group will enjoy their stay.

We spent 3 weeks in this lovely home. It was so comfortable, clean and spacious. In a very quiet location. Having access to the beautiful heated pool and tennis/pickleball courts was great! Joel was a great help anytime we need to ask him anything and he always responded very quickly. We will definitely be back!

This was my second year renting this property for Javelina. We had a party of 7 runners; the house accommodated all of us. The property manager is made sure all our needs were met. The house is beautiful, spacious, and 8 minutes or so to McDowell Mountain Range. I highly recommend this beautiful house.
