Stayed Nov 18, 2025Julie was an amazing host. Very responsive and accommodating to some last minute requests due to weather changes. The home had everything we needed to host a family dinner and was very spacious. We loved this place and would definitely book again if we were staying in Rio Verde.

Stayed Oct 26, 2023We were in town from out of state to run an ultramarathon nearby. This bright, spacious, clean, quiet home was the perfect space to come back to after a big physical effort. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area for any purpose.

Stayed Oct 28, 2021Julie was great to work with and the house had everything we needed. The Rio Verde complex is wonderful and the residents are very friendly. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed lounging by the community pool. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed Mar 22, 2021Great, quiet location. Fun viewing desert birds (and javelina) from house. Good access to great mountain biking. Nice hot tub to help recover!

Stayed Mar 9, 2021This house was perfect for our stay. Host was very responsive. Hot tub was great. Home nicely furnished. Bed was very comfortable. TV in bedroom is outdated but other than that, everything else was perfect.
