Rio Grande Retreat a 3-bedroom house with Wi-Fi and A/C

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the property and how easy it was to communicate with the property owners. It was very pet-friendly. The only “negative” that I have is the king size bed was very hard, in my opinion. But, like I said, it’s just my opinion; it’s not enough to ding this property in any way. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice place for our family get together. Everything we needed was available for cooking dinner. Easy check in and out. Comfortable beds, nice yard, and good location.

We enjoyed our stay! Owner was amazing and answered any questions quickly and throughly. The location was perfect for our needs. We were traveling with a wheelchair and toddler, house was very easy to navigate with the wheelchair. Our toddler enjoyed the open space and grassy yard.

Overall the stay was great! Had enough room for all of us! Had everything we needed.

I can’t say enough good things about the hostess and her team. Alicia and her team were nice & polite, totally accommodating, and very responsive to any request or matter brought to their attention. We were truly blessed by their kindness. The home is nice, clean, well furnished, and very comfortable. The back yard was a little rough, but allowed a nice, secure place for the children to play. Although the home is not that large, the floor plan worked very well for us. It handled 5 young children and 4 adults very comfortably. We were at first a little concerned about the safety of the neighborhood, but we stayed one full month with no issues whatsoever. The location is excellent for visiting many downtown attractions such as old town, Tingley Beach, the aquarium & botanical gardens, the sawmill market, and much more. I would certainly feel comfortable staying there again if the need ever arose.

It was very comfortable and roomy enough. Very quiet neighborhood for being so close to Central. Convenient to zoo and aquarium. We enjoyed our week stay. Our only complaint is that they may not be used to a full house staying for a week. We ran out of toilet paper, trash bags and dishwasher pods. Besides that it was really nice and would stay in the future.

This house is wonderful. Very convenient to everything in Albuquerque. Lots of room for a family with bunk beds in one bedroom. Very close to the airport. I highly recommend this property for anyone staying in Albuquerque.

Came for the balloon fiesta, it was a great location. Easy access and short distance from anything you can think of in the city. Pet friendly with closed in backyard and super roomy home. Alice and Donald were great hosts and were quick to answer any questions we might have had!!

My family and I stayed for a baseball tournament. The place is great, we had no issues, the hosts are great, fast and great communication. I do recommend! For sure we will book again!
