Rio Bravo Country Club Home in Bakersfield w/ Pool

The house was a perfect space for our family gathering. The kitchen was well-equipped and all bedrooms were comfortable. The host even added special touches to welcome our dog (with a bed and chew toy) and the two children in our group (with kid-perfect bedding, games, toys, and crafts). The home is located in a gated community and looks onto a golf course and hills beyond that with nothing blocking the view. Check-in was flawless, and the host was very communicative and responsive to any questions. The accommodations went above and beyond our expectations! We will definitely book again when our plans include a stop in Bakersfield!

Beautiful home with large rooms accommodating our multi-generational family. The bottom bedroom was easy for our parents, and the pool with the large shallow end was great for kids. The owner was communicative and very accommodating- we would absolutely stay there again!

It was spacious, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight for us was undoubtedly the stunning pool. It quickly became the centerpiece of our vacation, providing endless enjoyment for the entire family. Our kids couldn’t get enough of it, and it was a delight to see them so happy. For the adults, the pool offered the perfect spot for relaxation, whether it was a morning swim or an afternoon lounging by the water.Every aspect of the house contributed to a relaxing and unforgettable vacation. It felt like a home away from home—only better, thanks to the thoughtful touches and serene environment.We’re already looking forward to our next visit and can’t wait to make more cherished memories here. Perfect place for our reunion and the host was very considerate and accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay in this gorgeous home. Check in and communication could not have been any easier. So much attention to detail! Books and games and toys for our kids were set out. Pool toys and towels were set out for us. The hot tub heated quickly and the set up of the pool was perfect for lounging and playing with the kids. The kitchen was well stocked- we had everything we needed!! We will most definitely be back!

We could not have been happier with our stay. Our group was in town for a work event nearby - so the location was perfect - and the space was ideal. Roomy enough that everybody had a comfortable, private space of their own while the common areas were great and accommodating for all. Communication from the property manager was stellar and very helpful.

I have been renting properties when we race out of town all over the country and this is in my top 3. Beautiful large house in a gated secure area. House had many extras that all properties should. Helpful property manager. Was a great stay.

This home is lovely. You can feel how many special memories and moments were made here. The owner is one of the most genuinely kindhearted people I have ever met. Being on the edge of town with nothing but the foothills and open nature behind us made it especially beautiful and private. It feels very safe.

The host was wonderful with communication. The house was just beautiful, and the pool is probably the most amazing residential pool there is in Bakersfield. Also, this home is very dog friendly as they left treats, water bowls, and a dog bed out for my big dog!
