We welcome well mannered groups who respect the space and neighbors. Please message us before booking to discuss your event so we can make sure your stay is a great experience for everyone.
• Train Noise: The Phoenix Union Station railroad is located just across the street on Grand Ave. Trains pass by frequently and add a bit of local character to the area.
• Water: The refrigerator water line is disconnected at this time. A water dispenser is available in the kitchen for cold water.
• Fireplace: Outdoor fireplace available, Just bring your own wood.
• Security: A Ring camera is located at the front and backyard to monitor the property for safety, not for surveillance of guests.
• Lost and Found: A $50 handling fee plus shipping costs apply for any items left behind within 7 days of checkout.
