Right On The Sand! Amazing Views! Sunchase 3A

For us this place was all about easy acces to the beach and beautiful views from the two patios. Just about everything else was great too, but that's why we chose it, and it lived up to our expecations. We were worried the interior might be a little tired, but it wasn't, it was recently updated, nicely decorated and everything was in tip top shape. I will say the exterior is a bit worn, but who cares,

The location of this property is exceptional — truly beachfront, right on the sand on a private beach. That alone carries much of the experience and is hard to beat.That said, future guests should be aware that the unit is quite worn and would benefit from a deep cleaning and overall refreshing. While it appeared that surface cleaning had been done, the space did not feel truly clean, and many furnishings and fixtures show significant age and wear, which impacted our comfort.The host was very responsive, which we appreciated, and there are positives such as working TVs/service, good internet, a grill, and parking (tight, but known in advance). With attention to maintenance, replacement of worn-out items, and a higher standard of cleanliness, this property could be wonderful. As it stands, the condition of the unit was well below expectations, particularly when compared to the photos provided in the listing, though the location itself is outstanding.

Access to the beach was great. There were many chairs and umbrellas to choose from in the storage closet.

This was our second time staying at Sticks in the Sand, and I'm so glad we did. You can't ask for a better view. The private beach gave us plenty of room instead of being overcrowded on the public beaches. We were close to restaurants and shopping. 10/10 for my family.

We had a very nice stay. Our family loved being just steps from the sand. Even though it was spring break it was not crowded felt very private. The townhome was a bit dated but had what we needed and the owner was easy to get in touch with. We were able to walk to several olaces for breakfast and dinner which was nice.

Our stay at Sticks in the Sand was fantastic! Check-in was seamless, and the owner was incredibly responsive throughout our stay. When we encountered an issue with the stairwell light, it was promptly replaced, which we really appreciated. The best part was being directly on the beach—it made for a truly relaxing getaway. The condo's layout was perfect for two couples, offering plenty of space and comfort. Plus, the value for the price was great, making it an even better experience. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return!

CleanStairs outside could use some work

Perfect location right on the beach! What more could you want?! Plenty of space for 2 small families. Everything was clean and well kept. Will definitely stay here again!

This is a great location. We had a great time here. The kitchen looks to have been renovated recently. The outside on the beach side is a little aged but but a great place to sit and enjoy the evening air and sound of the waves crashing against the shore. It is a AWESOME location and with it being a private beach it is not crowded. I recommend this place.
