RIGHT in The TREES Right on the Lake 24

Host responded timely and was accommodating. The property was clean and had all necessities. View was great and deck on the water was a nice place to relax. Because of the very narrow spiral staircase, would not recommend lower level bedroom and bathroom for older or larger guests.

The villa was delightful! View was beautiful. I was quite pleased with the entire experience!

This place is amazing and totally unique. The interior and exterior of this two-story octagonal structure made sure we felt like we were on vacation even after coming back from excursions. Rather, this place is it's own excursion. The floor to ceiling windows provide amazing views, and it's well shaded by trees that provide solid privacy for sitting out on the upper or lower deck areas. But we spent most of our time swimming, fishing, kayaking, relaxing, and sunning on the cozy octagonal martini dock ... it's probably the best spot on the water in this quiet cove. The water was beautifully warm (early August) and we didn't see (or feel!) any plants/seaweed in the water around the dock. It was perfect for my wife who requires warm water to go swimming, and for my kids who may not have gone swimming if there were plants tickling their feet.There's a place that rents boats just 3-5 minutes away by car (and boat) so you can squeeze every minute out of your rental.Dave was very quick with communication, check-in was a breeze, the kitchen and baths are very high quality, and I grilled some of the best steaks we've ever had on the outdoor grill. Great place to stay. Close to shops, grocery store and restaurants. Loved the deck and being right on the water. Place is easy to keep clean, with dog and kids this was appreciated. Communication with Dave was easy - super responsive. Will definitely stay here again.

It was a great place to stay right on the water. It was very clean when we got there. The host always answered any questions quickly. The only problem we had was ants that we had to spray for every once in awhile. Otherwise it was a great place.

Relaxed all week in this comfy villa. Fished and swam off our private dock everyday and didn't have a care in the world. Have stayed here multiple times and definitely will again. Reccomend to anybody who is looking for an amazing lake experience

This is our second time staying here. We absolutely love everything about the location and the property. There isn't anything we would change about our trip or the house. The beds are very comfortable, its stocked with what we need, and the floor to ceiling windows with all the natural light and lake views make for a perfect getaway. Having access to tge indoor pool and hot tubs make it that much more fun for our kids. Dave is such a wonderful host. He is very responsive, helpful, and so kind. I promise you cannot go wrong with using one of Daves amazing Lake of the Ozarks properties!! Thank you for opening your place to our family!!!

We had a wonderful family vacation at this tree house. Getting to use the kayaks was icing on the cake!

First time to the area. The property is very unique and relaxing. The area has much to explore. Very nice and clean place to stay.

Everything as described. We really enjoyed the martini deck, right on the water. We had a very relaxing getaway.

Didn’t care for all the mirrors, or the spiral staircase. Not a good dining area for family.it was OK for a last minute rental. The deal breaker for us NOT to rent again was there was no view of the main channel.

We loved it! Spacious- full of light and immaculately cleaned - well renovated - just all around fantastic. Wished we'd stayed longer! Close to anything & everything while still maintaining a feeling of seclusion. Absolutely loved it ?
