Steven, the property manager was excellent - very responsive and made sure the house and pool were clean and ready! The house itself was perfect for our family - very spacious and comfortable. The pool and pool table were a bonus. Only improvements - as we left we saw a new Weber grill in the garage that would have been great to use. A bit of organizing and tossing of stuff in the garage and some closets would be good. Overall, the house was great and worked for making our stay in Midland a reall good time!

Our host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The house is older than expected, but the pool table was a hit and kept us entertained since it was too cold to swim.

Great house for a group

This location was amazing and easy access to the loop, shopping and dining.

The house was plenty big for the group we had with us. We loved the pool table and pool outside! All the rooms and bathrooms were clean and big! We did find that the fridge/freezers did not stay very cold though. If we had a longer stay that could’ve been more of an issue. Owner was very accommodating in letting us check in early as well! Loved our stay there and family from out of town was very happy as well!

This was a clean house with tons of space and close to the places we needed to attend in Midland/Odessa. We enjoyed our stay and our host Steven was great, the house probably could use a little updating, but that was not factored into the rating we gave. That being said, or major issue was there was no lighting or address on the house when accessing the home from the alley to park cars in the driveway. We also found that there were no trash bags there to use and that there were no working lightbulbs in some of the ceiling fans in bedrooms. These are some of the reasons why we did not rate this as a 10, but overall, again we enjoyed our stay.

This house was a lot bigger than it looks from the pictures. Great place to have family stay. Everyone enjoyed the stay at the house.

The size of the property was adequate for our family, it was well stocked with the essentials. There were some issues initially however the property manager handled all promptly. Overall my family thoroughly enjoyed the stay in Midland visiting with family in town.

The property manager texted us check information - which was helpful and remained available throughout the trip. The back door was unlocked upon arrival. The pool was very cold, without instructions on how to heat it, but we were able to figure it out. Pool was murky and worsened with use. Backyard was disheveled with porch furniture cushions falling apart. Outdoor fridge was working and was a very convenient and beneficial addition. There were several maintenance concerns - broken electrical outlets, outlets not working, and old cable dangling out from the wall. We had to be vigilant with out two-year old. The kitchen sink leaks and the bucket accumulating the leaking water was full of foul-smelling moldy water, which I took the liberty of emptying and replacing. In addition the dishwasher was not functional which was known prior to check in but the property manager did not offer that information until I asked about it once we were unable to get the load of dishes going. VERY inconvenient for a FAMILY vacation. In general, the bedrooms were tidy and comfortable, there were enough linens and kitchen utensils for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed our time

Property was ok but in much need of some TLC. Last day there no hot water which was not ok. Would not stay again unless we had no other options.

We had a fantastic stay at this spacious house in Midland! The location is perfect—close to everything we needed while still feeling peaceful and private. The house is incredibly roomy, with plenty of space for our entire family, including my teen kids and my parents.The family room was the highlight for us! It’s equipped with a pool table and plenty of seating, which kept everyone entertained for hours. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals for the whole family.The thoughtful touches throughout the house made our stay even more enjoyable, and it truly felt like a home away from home. Whether relaxing together or enjoying some personal space, this house met all our needs. We highly recommend it for any family looking for a comfortable, fun, and convenient place to stay!

Nice home, nice neighborhood.

The pictures and posting do not do the home justice, super cute home, very clean. Check in process was easy and location of the home to every where we needed to go was perfect. Will definitely be saving this listing for future visits to Midland! Thank you so much.

The only complaints are one side of the refrigerator door was broken and a sign asked not to open then the washing machine lid was broken and all taped up

We had a great time at this home and really loved the pool! Beautiful home with plenty of beds and space! Was the perfect place for our group!

We were visiting our kids and grandkids in Midland. The property offered more than enough space for dining, leisure, and rest. The neighbor is friendly and located near shopping establishments and restaurants. Everything was clean and welcoming. We hope to return next year!

We enjoyed our stay. House was so nice. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. The swimming pool was so clean and the outdoor patio and TV were great. The host was so nice and responded quickly.
