Close to attractions. Great for family

We stayed here for a multi-family getaway and the house itself was spotless, spacious, and perfect for a group. There were plenty of toys and games to keep the kids entertained, and check-in was very easy.That said, we did run into a few issues. The TV/internet didn’t work on our first day, which was disappointing - especially after promising the kids a movie night. The local team came out the next morning and fixed it quickly, and we really appreciated their responsiveness.We also requested a late checkout (just 11am instead of 10am) to make things a bit easier with five young kids, but were told it wasn’t possible because we missed the “purchase window.” It would have been nice to see a little more flexibility, especially given the rocky start with the network issues.Overall, the home itself is great, but a bit more accommodation would have made the stay even better.

This house is beautiful! Plenty of space, fun games to play, the design is terrific--so airy and bright--and amazingly clean, beautifully decorated, and well-kept! The kitchen is terrific, plenty of towels and sleeps LOTS of people, tons of bathroom space--it really was all perfect! We would definitely stay again!

This house is spacious and is on a beautiful property! We enjoyed being in a very remote yet accessible location. The house has incredible toys for kids of different ages. It also has a ton of board games. There are 3.5 bathrooms which was very helpful for having a big group and multiple little kids during our stay. Each bedroom had a bathroom.15 minutes from Santa's Village and 20 minutes to Littleton (great small town with awesome restaurants & stores). Wish it was more fully stocked on different kitchen & bathroom items. You have to bring a lot of your own items. The grill was unfortunately not working during our stay.

House itself was wonderful, customer service was terrible. The house was clean, had everything we needed, beautiful home with lots of games and toys, beautiful hot tub, lots of amenities, and great location! We took advantage of the lake access which was perfect to cool off. The yard was private and great for our kids to run around and play. Fire pit was a great touch. However, the WiFi did not work the entire stay of two nights and trying to work with Vacasa's limited customer service to even get an ETA of when they could help fix was extremly frustrating. Someone finally came to try and fix it 45 minutes before we had to leave and I had zero notice that anyone was coming. Its a bummer Vacasa manages this house because its a wonderful place but I will opt for non-Vacasa rentals in the future after this experience.

It was very secluded and peaceful. The property was well kept- clean sheets and towels, good furniture, etc.The hot tub was great and lots of games to keep us entertained. Even the ping pong table was in excellent condition. We had a good relaxing vacation with our friends family and would definitely like to visit here again. Not really negatives, but few things to keep in mind.. Some parts of the house was a bit dusty but there was a brook and vacuum. The road getting there was unpaved, but not too bad. The non stick pots and pans were a bit scratched and so we avoided those(might want to get your own). Other utensils and cutlery were great. Would definitely recommend this place.

The Home was bright with natural lighting. Good amount of sleeping accommodations.

This was a great, quiet, location and plenty of room for 6 adults and 3 children. Each bedroom had their own bathroom, which was great.

Great house, super family friendly, well furnished, and tons of games and toys around for the kids!

The house and fommon

We stayed at Ridgeview in January and had a blast. The house was very clean and the check in process was super easy. The distance to Bretton Woods was about 15 min which wasn't an issue at all. Kids loved it and we would definitely book again. Hot tub worked great, needed a little cleaning but overall it was not bad. Would 100% stay here again.John

Great spot.Light fixtures over sink need cleaning and lots and lots of ladybugs found in room upstairs (50-80?)Otherwise the place fits 2 families perfect! Hot tub is great and fire pit. 20 min from Bretton Woods and nice to go to Littleton too.

Great spot! Loved the yard and hot tub for the kids. No ping pong balls around to play table tennis but otherwise great property!

This is the second time we've stayed at this property and both experiences have been wonderful. The location is serene and private, yet close to downtown Littleton. The hot tub is a wonderful addition. When we arrived, the water was appearing a pale yellow; however, it was quickly remidiated with Vacasa.

The house and property was great however there were 6 in of snow the trees have fallen over the driveway and I scratched my vehicle trying to get into the property the only other downside was the water and a considerable amount of iron in it and the hot tub was Brown

Pictures don't do this place any justice! Myself and friends had a great stay here and the house has everything you'll need! If I ever need a weekend away up north again, I would look back at this place!

We enjoyed this quiet solitude and the comfortable beds. Plenty of room and clean towels! A few items missing/needing maintenance, but overall a good stay for a girls birthday/hiking weekend.

Beautiful house looks brand new condition and nice quiet property, with great amenities, very clean and nice maintained, I would recommend to everyone for an excellent get away. plus maintenance manager very accommodating to help.

Perfect home with room for all 8 of us from ages 3-65! Lots of room for everyone to spread out! Great spaces for kids to play (and toys/games)! Location is central for us to meet family from VT and Maine. Santa's Village is a short drive and we had a fantastic day there! The small lake was a short walk down a path on Stiles Rd. We parked along the dirt road because there is a locked cable gate at the top of the path and it is only a 3 minute walk to the water from the road. The kids were able to swim. It would be a beautiful pond to kayak on. We saw a bald eagle, a hawk and a family of loons. Great family reunion spot!

Definitely a place we might come back, the house itself is amazing. The backyard, hot tub, grill makes it hard to leave the premises. We did so to check out the lake that is 13 minutes walking away. Short ride to Cannon mountain and Flume Gorge. Overall, great time! Thank you

If you're looking for a wonderful place to stay in the white mountains, look no further! This place as immaculate and had everything we were looking for in a getaway. We definitely plan on coming back!!

The house was gorgeous inside - lots of windows, open floor plan, and plenty of beds. Just be aware there are no handrails on any of the staircases, so littles and anyone with mobility issues would have trouble.
