We are exactly 1 mile from the boat landing & centrally located near Bear Creek Trails. This home is a brand-new build and can accommodate 14 people comfortably. Stayed Jul 11, 2025The house is absolutely beautiful!! They have thought of everything and it is incredibly well stocked! Our family stayed there for our annual Caddo float trip and it was perfect!

Stayed Jul 4, 2025I would just recommend getting a different grill. The stainless steele grill was very hard to clean after use. It took us about an hour.
