Stayed Feb 19, 2023The property is dated, but is exactly as described in the listing & pictures. Great views, clean and well stocked. It was nice to park in the garage when it snowed and a person came first thing in the morning to plow the driveway. The house is minutes from downtown Bethel and less than fifteen minutes to Sunday River. My family and I really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back next year.

Stayed Feb 21, 2022My family and I stayed in Bethel for February school vacation. This rental is amazing. Very clean, has everything you need, views are unparalleled, short walk to town and very convenient to Sunday River and Mount Abrams! The basement with pingpong, basketball, hockey table was a welcome bonus for my 10 and 12 year old boys. We will be back, thank you!

Stayed Feb 12, 2021Had a wonderful long weekend at 160 Paradise Road. The views are simply fantastic. The house was exactly as advertised. Super cozy and loved the pop on gas fireplace. The management was super accessible and flexible! So grateful that they helped us stay a little longer when a storm came barreling in.

Stayed Feb 19, 2020This is the second time that we’ve stayed here and had another fantastic ski getaway! The house has a great view, huge garage and everything you need for a great family getaway. The property management company is responsive and accommodating and the check in/check out was a breeze.
