Dreaming of a relaxing get-a-way Rhumb Line is a fully equipped very secluded home, conveniently located near Acadia National Park/Bar Harbor and 15 minutes to shopping and restaurants in Blue Hill and Ellsworth. Great for two families sharing as two of the bedrooms have king sized beds! Works wonderful for large families or just the two of you if you want lots of room to spread out.

The Cottage sits on six private wooded acres with 300' of waterfront located on Patten Bay that leadsout to the ocean for your enjoyment. Enjoy cocktails on the gazebo.

Rhumb Line is a 3-story home with walk out basement entertainment area. Entertainment area has a bar with mini fridge, game room that includes a pool table, and air hockey, and it can also be used as a 4th bedroom, if needed, with a queen pullout and en suite full bath. Each of the other bedrooms have their own bathroom. One bedroom is on the main floor with a king bed. Upstairs includes 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with 2 sets of bunk beds (with double beds on bottom and single beds on top).

Kitchen is fully equipped and set up for your cooking needs. This home is perfect for your whole family or for sharing a vacation with another family. Cottage has Wi-fi. and air conditioning! Built-in steps down to the ocean with a landing part way down for sitting was added during 2022.
