Stayed Aug 15, 2025Definitely 5 star on decor, cleanliness, and the built in surround sound! NICE! I give a 3 star due to no washer, dryer, or televisions in bedrooms. I always travel with my disabled mother and have never rented a place that didn’t have these things. I guess I missed it in the details. Happy traveling !

Stayed Jan 24, 2025This house was built for vacationing in style. From the super comfy beds to the rainfall showers, it was designed with comfort in mind as well. We had a few issues in the beginning but the owner was quick to respond and make everything right. Our only suggestion is to switch from the tiny little moka coffee system to one that will brew a pot rather than one espresso at a time. Dunkin’s is just down the road so this wasn’t a deal breaker.

Stayed Feb 6, 2025There were 4 senior adults in our party participating in a local quilt show. We were exhausted at the end of long days and it was wonderful to come to such a well appointed home. The Villa Mila reminds me of elaborately decorated spaces featured in the High Point Furniture market.. Thank you Jamie for being such a gracious host!

Stayed Jan 8, 2025This house was a great choice for our family. Our group was 2 adults and 2 children, but this property could easily accommodate one or 2 more. It was very clean and upkept; everything felt new!I was pleasantly surprised at how SPACIOUS it was. And the closet with the beach supplies (fluffy towels, beach chairs, cooler) is an extra special touch! The outdoor fire pit was easy to use, and we had a blast roasting marshmallows and making s'mores.If we are in the area again, we will check if Villa Mia is available.
