Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful house and great location. Property staff were great as usual except for interaction with male in the office. Have stayed multiple times with not a single issue. He was rude and obnoxious.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the property but there were several problems. It had not been satisfactorily cleaned when we arrived, the front door lock did not work, the toilet in the guest house was clogged twice before a new one was installed after 2 days, and the rental agency people were not always very personable.

Our expectations were surpassed in every aspect. Reynolds Retreat is a beautiful gem in Paradise ! Very good location with 10 minutes walk to the beach or the Main Street. High speed internet worked flawless which was important for our work from home office. Very responsive and helpful management company. 5 star stay that saved our mental sanity in the worst of a pandemic year. Thank you so much !

Very private and just a short walk to Duval. Great location! Management company is wonderful to work with! Can't wait to return!!

The house, including a separate guest house, is perfect for 2 or 3 couples, beautifully furnished with a well-appointed kitchen and perfectly located within easy walking distance to Higgs beach, Duvall Street, a supermarket and many good restaurants with diverse cuisine )and takeout or delivery). We left a note for the owner telling her we did not want to give her her house back !
