Stayed Dec 29, 2025The place was nice and worked well for our large family. We booked it due to size and the heated pool and spa. We were extremely disappointed that neither were heated our entire visit. We reached out to the host twice prior to arrival to ensure it was ready when we arrived and it wasn’t. We touched base again and host wasn’t helpful. We reached out to the host when we returned home from the trip requesting a partial refund due to pool and spa not being heated during our entire stay as advertised. Host was not willing to work with us or give refund in any way. The amenities should be as advertised.
