One of the loveliest homes - had all the amenities you could want / need, well maintained in a beautiful, active yet quiet neighborhood.

The views from this home are gorgeous. A ten.However the home is not located in a desirable section of La Jolla….significant construction is ongoing next door and not disclosed anywhere in the ad…master bedroom king Bed sinks in the middle…kitchen is dated (old painted cabinets, minimal glassware 2 wine stems, etc). The toilet seats did not fit the toilets. Sofa is filthy and had mismatched upholstery covers. Not a comfortable clean feeling.I agree with another review, yes, there is a stench from the seaweed. It did not deter us from using the outdoor space.Overall not what I would expect for 1500 a night.I would not stay again.

The Cottage was setup very well with all appliances that we needed, a cabinent full of spices, etc. Alot of beach towels, an outside gas firepit,(just perfect for late night or early morning viewing of water and talking. House very clean and the views are seriously drop dead beautiful.

Rentals don’t get much better than this. Check in process was smooth and Cody had great communication. His place is well stocked and does not feel like a rental, kitchen has everything you need and the deck is gigantic! There were no bad elements of this VRBO. 10/10 stay

Quiet location just north of Pacific Beach and south of La Jolla. The pictures do not lie! The place feels huge; the back patio is paradise. Little extras are available that other owners forget, and the kitchen is incredibly well-equipped.

SoCal is a tough place to find a truly clean rental. This place was immaculate! And the pictures do it no justice. Clean, quiet, great location, incredible views and stocked with all the essentials. The host had great communication. We've stayed at numerous VRBO's and this one is towards the top of the list. Very spacious and plenty of seating inside and out. Every person on our vacation absolutely loved this rental (ages 12-75). Thanks again and look forward to staying with you in the future!

Loved the location on a quiet street. Two minutes walk to the surf beach. Incredible view. Great indoor outdoor living room and terrace. Love the open floor plan. Friendly neighborhood and lovely restaurants a short 10 minute walk away.
