Retro Pool Retreat Minutes to Beach & Breweries

This property was in a great location, close to downtown and minutes from the beach. Perfect for our cousins trip.

The location is perfect, everything is walkable if your in pretty good shape. The home is very spacious, clean and inviting. I would 100% stay there again

Nice area near old st Augustine. It’s 6 minutes away from the beach and really close to the lighthouse. Good location if you go with the family.

The location was great was able to go to beach 10 minutes away as well as historic St. Augustine right across the bridge.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed and more for our 5 night stay. The house is in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown, attractions and the beaches. The pool area is lush and private with plenty of seating. Zander was very quick to answer any questions I had. He made us feel very welcome and comfortable. If you are visiting St Augustine and looking for a place to stay, this is a great choice!

Everything was great and we really enjoyed it. The only problem was once I had to use the washer there was a really bad sewer smell, and it took it awhile to leave.

Second time we stayed here and we had a great time

My family loved how accessible this property was to historic St. Augustine- we walked most places. The private pool was extremely popular for my teenage boys. The beach was just a short drive from the property- cannot wait to go back!

Our family has stayed many times in St Augustine over the past 30 years and this property is an ideal location for everything you could want to do! Many great restaurants in the neighborhood and just a lovely 15-20 min walk over the Bridge of Lions to the historic Downtown. So close to the beautiful beach at the state park. The house was very comfortable for 6 adults and was well equipped

Clean, very comfortable beds, spacious living room, and great pool area next to the house

There was a terrible mildew smell throughout the house. I thought air conditioner and fans would help. It did not. I woke up at 3 am and left by 4:30 am. Two days after I returned home, there is still a strong mildew smell in my cpap machine. Will not return nor recommend this location.

We loved our stay for Thanksgiving. The house is very clean and organized with everything you could need.

Our son is attending college locally and we wanted to have a home environment to visit with him in - we found a gem! The space was perfect! Thank you for making the entire process super easy!

Needs lots of TLC. There was soap scum and hair in the bathroom and on the bed. Took a day to get a response i was traveling to work and didn’t have tome to be looking for another place. The blinds in the main bedroom were broken and font cover the entire window

Fortunately, Hurricane Helene did not stop us from being able to enjoy our stay here in St. Augustine! The home was exactly as described in both words and pictures. It was very comfortable for three of us, and we enjoyed time in each space in the house. The pool was great to cool down in and having it screened in was a plus. Zander was a very responsive host - answering any questions we had ahead of time, as well as during our stay. We'd definitely choose to stay here again in the future!

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was very clean as well as the outside. We were very nicely surprised that we had plenty of bath and pool towels. Also lots of little extras that really were appreciated. We felt so comfortable and welcomed by Zander. Close to the beach and state park. We will be back

Overall the home is always a welcoming place to stay. This spacious home is accommodating, and after a hot day at the beach or site seeing cooling down in the pool is a great way to end the day.

Birthday celebrations for a 10 and 14 yr old. Quiet neighborhood, short drive to everything, restaurants and attractions to explore. Pool was great with screen around to keep the bugs away and they have it cleaned each week. Loved how they provided all toiletries, dish soap/tabs, paper towels, laundry pods, pool towels, beach chairs and small cooler if needed Beds comfortable, decor minimalistic upscale 80s /90s vibe, cute. Nice little sunroom. We were there for gymnastics nationals located about an hour away in Daytona. Our 10yr old qualified for the jr Olympics so it was a very memorable trip for all!

The home was very clean and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our stay. The pool was just the place to cool off. I hope to return for another stay.
