The Space:

Three bedrooms sleep up to 6 guests. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, Smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and single vanity. Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed, Smart TV, and dedicated workspace. Bedroom 3 features a queen bed. A second full bathroom with walk-in shower serves the rest of the home.



The open living spaces include two sitting areas with plush seating, a statement egg chair, and Smart TVs for streaming. The fully equipped kitchen has full-size appliances, ample counter space, and plenty of storage for meal prep. Washer and dryer are located in the garage. High-speed WiFi throughout.



The backyard is where this home shines year-round. Cool off in the inground pool during blazing summer days, then stretch out on chaise loungers. Downtown Palm Springs is a 5-minute drive away, where you'll find vintage boutiques, interior design shops, restaurants, art galleries, and cafes lining the main shopping district. The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway is nearby, whisking visitors over Chino Canyon to Mt. San Jacinto State Park with its museum, theaters, and over 50 miles of hiking trails. Scenic trailheads for hiking, biking, and horseback riding are throughout the area. Hot springs, championship golf courses, and luxury spas are all within easy reach. Joshua Tree National Park makes a great day trip, about an hour east.



Getting Around:

Palm Springs International Airport is approximately 10 minutes away. Downtown Palm Springs is a 5-minute drive. Joshua Tree National Park is roughly 1 hour east via CA-62. Coachella Valley venues are within 30 minutes. Interstate 10 provides quick access to Los Angeles (about 2 hours west) and other Southern California destinations.

• Pets: Not allowed — a fine will be assessed at checkout if evidence of a pet is found

• Washer/Dryer: In garage

• Parking: 3 cars maximum

• Pool heating: Optional at $125 per day (winter months recommended). Must be requested at least 48 hours before arrival and booked for the full length of stay. Cannot be added mid-stay. Pools heat approximately 20 degrees above ambient temperature with a max of 87 degrees. Cold fronts during winter can affect heating effectiveness.
