Stayed Mar 1, 2025Pros: very clean home, large gathering room, wonderful outside living space with TV, very quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors, ice and water in refrigerator door, close to pickleball courts, many close walking paths, free of clutter, we enjoyed our stay. Cons: the garage is locked (it would have been nice to use for storage of suitcases, etc) the listing stated a discount if the stay exceeded 28 days, this was not honored by host.

Stayed Feb 24, 2024The home we stayed at in Rotonda West was awesome. It was very clean. Good furniture set up and plenty of room. The pool and lanai area was great. The owner was very responsive to our few needs. Plenty of places to golf and restaurants are also near by. I hope to stay at this home again sometime in the future.
